As a band, they are exceptional... as 2manydjs they are terrible. They sound like amateur sets from a kid who is learning to beatmatch two tracks like Benassi and Tiga.

But Peppe, if someone doesn't like an album, they can say it's horrible... clearly for them...

for their age, they sound incredible..

For the record, I didn't mean to say that the site in question is gospel; I just mentioned that, for my own limits, I can't digest it. While browsing the ether here and there, I noticed I'm not the only one feeling this way, that's all. Personally, I consider pitchforkmedia one of the best sites for music information, probably because it aligns more with my tastes. Thanks to them, I've discovered a ton of amazing stuff, often a year ahead of Europe. Yes, there's the occasional hype chasing trends, but it seems to happen less frequently there than elsewhere. That said, opinions are always debatable, but I wanted to make it clear to peppe 83 that it's okay to say an album isn't liked even if for everyone else it's a cornerstone for just that reason. Just recently, I saw a review claiming, without too many words, that Grace by Jeff Buckley is terrible... well, for me, it's blasphemy to even think such a thing, but evidently, the person who wrote it really doesn’t like it. Should I shoot them for that? I don't think so.

Certainly, this genre (whatever we want to call it, prog-metal?) is not among my favorites, but I listen to a bit of everything. I perfectly know that for many it's a fundamental album; I've never liked it... my limits? Maybe. Anyway, for the record, if it's true that part of the critics, especially Italian ones, have praised it, many have not.
