Here: I believe that the maximum peaks in pop music were reached by the Beatles, the Beach Boys (and not necessarily with the often-mentioned Pet Sounds), and the dear old Steely Dan... I don't make these statements in the pop realm as a listener of easypop music: in short, my favorite album remains Faust I, eh!

Thank you for all the comments.
1. I repeat again my intention to solely create humor with this review (when an idea pops into your head, you have to follow it, and I did by writing this piece). I hope there are no difficulties of any kind for anyone; as others have said, the basic intention is to express our "hate-love" for a certain critic whom I still wanted to thank in the review. I believe the intent is understood; after all, we are all mature, right?
2. Taking the theme of this novella as an excuse, I thought it would be fitting to pay tribute to a group that, in my opinion, will always deserve praise, and not for what some say, that they made music everyone likes (the first boy band? What kind of nonsense is that, excuse me?!), but because no one so far has been able to write pop songs so melodically perfect: I believe that writing the perfect pop song is the most difficult thing for anyone making music, and by perfect, I mean not predictable, compact, stunning, etc.... and the Beatles did it more than once.
3. This is not the Beatles' best album; I would rate it a solid eight out of ten.... my ranking remains: White Album - Abbey Road - Revolver.

Great concert: I found sheep absolutely amazing, with the writings passing behind the stage......... and then the ending that everyone was expecting: it will be a wonderful memory. Of course, I always feel the absence of Gilmour.....

Certainly.....great review Joe. As for the album, my listening to Alan Parsons is limited to a few earlier records, but good old Alan is always a guarantee. Recently they came to Rome and I missed them, but I've heard it was a fantastic concert. Saludos! :)

too bad we can’t see the video that refers to be-bop tango when Frank brings people on stage, it must have been so much fun........you know, a bit like a similar piece from baby snakes where you see the funniest guys jumping on stage here and there, it seems to me to the rhythm of "the black page".....
