calm down Antonio ;) ......as for G-Spot Tornado, I completely agree (an amazing and excellent piece) just like the one from Joe's Garage.........regarding Zappa in New York, I have to admit I don't know it well......the piece you mention, though, I know very well and it's another great piece.......the thing I've always hated, however, is that even though I can manage with English, I can't always follow Frank's dialogues on stage in their entirety, at least during the first listens, and we have to say that those insane digressions are an integral part of his live shows........

Well, hit parade... I mean, are you saying they’re too catchy? Surely they haven’t sold many copies of those records (maybe except for Hot Rats)... and then that one from Burnt Weeny Sandwich is perhaps the absolute peak... oh yeah.

Alessandro, you are right, but perhaps not about rock: I think we can speak more generally about 20th-century music...

Well, it's a matter of taste: they are two huge and very important bands, completely different from each other though: I prefer Genesis, for example...

you're right: televita; I didn't remember the name well......to tell the truth, I've actually watched the show a couple of times lately.

I think that Zappa reached the peak of perfection with Dog Breath in the Year of Plague (Uncle Meat), with Grand Wazoo (....) and with the first three of Hot Rats....... and Little House I Used to Live In, what do you say?

On honeymoons, it's not benson...........the Roman network where he still broadcasts his show seems to be Teletevere (at ten every Friday night).......anyway, download all the live stuff that's on fusi di testa (check out my review too).

I share Fagen85's choice (that makes it simpler!), but compliments to antoniodeste for the intriguing suggestion of "The Man From Utopia"...... he always manages to surprise us :). Let's hope others also indulge in this ranking pastime that has already inexorably struck many "die-hard Zappaphiles," like I believe the authors of the latest comments to be (especially a shout-out to Mr. Green Genes, who I think even has pillowcases printed with the sheet music of "Inca Roads")............
