Ah ah, I was rolling on the floor! Great review for a shitty movie! I wonder what you'll come up with for something serious!!

I give you a 5 for the review, if only because you made me discover something shocking: Doug is REALLY from 1950!!!! "What the hell, he writes this, if he reaches 45 it's a lot!"... It wasn't enough for me to read it in the first biography I found, nor the second, nor the third... by the fifth I gave up: congratulations to Doug!!! Anyway, yes, in January they'll be in Italy (January 27 at the Zoe Club in Milan, 17neuri) and I will finally be able to fill the gap of never having seen them live.. Let’s go! Anyway, I can’t even explain how such a remarkable band has always remained in the shadows despite consistently excellent reviews and fellow musicians singing their praises. My all-time favorite album is the self-titled one, if only for "Chariot Song," one of the most adrenaline-pumping and crazy tracks of their career.

I've listened to it too little to give a judgment, however, it doesn't seem bad at all... but to be honest, no NIN album seems bad/anonymous/boring/repetitive to me: how many other bands can we say that about???? Great review ; ) PS: while burning the mp3s to CD to listen to them in the car, all the songs start with a pause of at least 1 minute and time, in that silence, moves very quickly. I thought it was one of Reznor's usual "gimmicks," but listening to the tracks on the PC, they all start normally... IS IT JUST ME??? :0

Too short a review for one of my all-time favorite bands! Dig was a great debut with guest appearances here and there (the intro of The Mothers, if I remember correctly, features Steve Vai). A nice mix of funk, rock, and grunge with tons of percussion... the Italian alter ego was (is??) Karma, equally fantastic and flashy. Anyway, I would say that the best album by IME remains their farewell, The Quicksilver Meat Dream from 2003, which someone had de-reviewed some time ago ; )--> The Quicksilver Meat Dream - I Mother Earth - Recensione di passoborgo

Well, I would say ex-guitarist ;) (replaced by the bassist, and that says it all!!)

What more to add if you’ve already said everything so well???? I totally agree with everything. I love the first "bureaucratic" part ; ) back in the mid-90s I adored the FF and saw in them one of the few bands trying to change the rules of metal along with NIN, FNM, and RATM. Their techno influences were brave, not to mention the remixes. Unfortunately, after the two epoch-making masterpieces "demanufacture" and "obsolete" (which, when listened to today, absolutely don’t show their 10 years or more!!), they haven’t managed to renew themselves, staying within the same scheme of riff, growl, chorus with the same melody. What a pity. If you have the chance, though, don’t miss them live!!!

I almost forgot: VENDETTA is a must-have on the best tracks of the year... I mean, it’s the most Stone Sour song of all!! Also: have you heard the bonus tracks??? Terrifying!!!!!! Forget about Bon Jovi!!!! ; )

I also belong to the group of non-fans who are pro-melodic knot. This album retraces sounds and melodies from Vol. 3, true... they have commercialized to sell, that's true too... but then why were the statements during the launch like "the most devastating and brutal album we've ever made!" huh??? What sense does that make??? And above all, melodies in the choruses can pass, but leave the tear-jerking ballads to Bon Jovi, come on!! Finally: if this is the path the knot has taken, do Stone Sour still make sense???
