f***k DON CABALLERO... congrats. I thought about it over and over, but I swear I didn't even know where to start.

ah... with VDGG there is certainly more than one resemblance (you said nothing) and I must say that his singing, in its entirety, continues to move me, just like the first time (when I was a bit of a wreck) that struck me...

I hope it's not Radio Birdman... I was slowly gearing up to do it... or maybe one of the two Kaleidoscope...???

A clarification... Albini never came to Italy to produce them; it was they who went to Paris to Touch & Go's studios, just as they did for their masterpiece, the mini titled 4 (four pieces, indeed, that on the vinyl are all on one side and the other is raw)...

Thanks to everyone... even on behalf of that Sorrenti who, alas, is no longer here (he timidly tried to break out in the Incensiere...). I believe Festivalbar(boni) was won with "tu sei l'unica donna per me" (exactly). I had Aria on vinyl (painstakingly found at Vynil Mania... at a price that wasn't too outrageous... 25 euros), but on Saturday at Libraccio in Milan (Buenos Aires area) I also found it reissued on CD (2005) for 10.90 euros (too bad about the "clever" move by EMI to make it Copy Controlled... but I couldn't leave it there).

Great band and beautiful album... but without Curtis...

It may be that the queue for publication is very long... so Liquid Simmetries might also arrive... don't lose hope...

Considering the compilation excluded, my personal ranking is Strap It On, with Meantime a bit behind, followed by Betty and GOOD (and I emphasize good; I gave it three, not zero) last. They all seem tired and devoid of the rage and fury they had in the beginning. Life's circumstances, just a couple of years ago, for a similar discussion, I placed all five (including the compilation) in the car's CD player, and we spent an entire afternoon listening to all of them... that's where MY ranking comes from... but tastes...

Imagine that when I bought it, I considered it a "pop" record... you know, after Strap it on and Meantime (plus the aforementioned compilation)... this really seems a bit soft... don't you think...?
