Neil Young On the Beach

I think I've already told you on another occasion... but writing a book about it...? I believe this is the most beautiful review I've ever read... moreover, it’s about one of the quintessential "daisoladeserta" albums (by Young, I alternate between this and Everybody Knows...). Great, really, both of them...

eh eh eh... I love them. I got to know them with the first self-titled album, which remains an incredible record (1965)... and of course, Da Capo and especially Forever are immense, unattainable albums. Four Sail is Lee's attempt (beautifully described by Don) to take back his creation... giving it traits that aggressively break ties with his 60s past (the dream has disintegrated...). Donnellan is magnificent and very 70s, but I really miss Mclean's soft voice and delicate picking in this album, which I consider a step below Forever...
Yardbirds Having A Rave Up

sure, there's Robert Johnson... when it comes to Neil Young, I should make a separate speech because he has influenced 80% of the music I've listened to from the nineties to today. he's an absolute legend...

Yardbirds... what an eternal mysterious mystery. As for the greatest electric guitarist (in rock), I feel I must add the father of all those you mentioned (Hendrix, Beck, Page, Clapton in order of my preference), the grandfather of all hard-rockers, and the great-grandfather of Cobain... ladies & gentlemen Chuck Berry.

Nirvana Nevermind

@ Sanjuro... you forgot the Melvins... they're scarier today than when I saw them before Nirvana in Milan...
The Sonics The Sonics Boom
Voto:
aside from Tacama... Skinny Minny is a typical piece from the 50s !!!!!! since just like Jenny, Jenny is by Little Richard... then excuse me but the album title is just Boom, the sonics are theirs... :-))))
The Beatles Introducing The Beatles
Voto:
Ah... I have an identical copy of the one I posted as the cover (that is, the Vee Jay) which I paid 50 ¤ for along with Meet The Beatles... we're not on the same page with prices either...

richard starSkey... brian epstEin becomes a manager by getting to know them, he previously managed one of his three record shops in Liverpool, the one near the Cavern... epstEin secures a contract with Parlophone (a subsidiary of EMI specialized until then in second-rate classical records)... I’ll stick to just the first paragraph because I’m working and don’t have much time to list all the nonsense you wrote... sorry but you need to get well informed before writing... ;-))
