Why don't they copy abroad? Originality in 2000 comes from the blend of multiple attitudes. Baustelle write some amazing songs, and there's definitely some similarity. They definitely didn't invent bossa nova. And that's how they present themselves. It's their lyrics that make them original and unique in a landscape where pop is only discussed with the usual singer-songwriter names.
