Ah.. I don't agree with your comment where you admit that lovehate.. is the best of Papa Roach.. in my opinion, despite some great songs, it's the worst studio work they've done.. but tastes are tastes..

Steve Vai Live At The Astoria London

He's a huge... technical... crazy... hyper-genius... but he doesn't really convey anything to me (except for a few tracks)... my passion for guitar heroes is fading... even though I admit that the band supporting Steve is still the best out there... a little too biased... but really well done...

Trofeo, I have nothing against Larrok... I also listen to a lot of that stuff you call "from the Punic wars" that you have no idea... it's just that I'm a bit more flexible and I also appreciate some works from recent years... that's all! P.S. Larrok, I'm waiting for your response to the question from the previous post... thank you.

larrok.. I don't want to argue or create endless discussions.. but do you know why I consider Papa Roach a good band? Because I take into account the year they emerged! Do you see any other bands capable of doing something good in today's music? Absolutely not! It's always the same reheated soup.. always the same three chords played in an increasingly "less played" and more "electronic and digital" way.. I believe Papa Roach are one of the few bands that really stand out amidst that ton of crap that clogs our ears more and more every day! And I say this with a clear conscience! Maybe you don’t know.. but I live for the music of the 80s.. glam.. hard rock.. heavy.. I also listen to the 70s and some of the 90s.. and I truly, truly appreciate very little from the 2000s.. Do you think that Papa Roach, shifted into a different context than today’s, would have a reason to exist? I really don't think so.. and it's fair for every band to have its own period.. and if comparisons are to be made, let’s do them properly!.. because it's absurd that there are still people stubbornly insisting on trashing new bands saying "old music is better".. and obviously!.. but by continuing to use music from 20/30 years ago as a benchmark, all you’ll do is one thing: kill music.
