I got it three days ago and I've basically been listening to it non-stop. It's fantastic, among my favorite black metal CDs and by Emperor. Ihsahn is absolutely a genius, one of the historical extreme metal musicians, alongside Quorton from Bathory. But let me understand, are these two demos put together?

One of my favorite albums by Slayer is "Silent Scream" and "Live Undead" are my favorites. Nice review, but you spent a bit too little time on the description of the tracks. Anyway, good job and welcome!

I recently bought this live. It's recorded decently overall, but too bad about the bass, which is nonexistent, and the drums that overshadow all the instruments. Anyway, the intro before "The Philosopher" is taken from the soundtrack of Halloween, a horror film by Carpenter, one of the most important films of that genre. You should watch it because it's fantastic. Chuck's voice is terrifying when he screams "Spirit Crusher" with that spectral voice of his.
