Dream Theater Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From a Memory

So Octavarium would be the completion of the DT discography! Try to find Octavarium, ii on IL! (if I'm not talking nonsense, I haven't touched a Latin dictionary in years).

Well, in my opinion, if you look up IL in Latin, you'll directly find the term Octavarium, probably in the neuter. I had thought about the eighth album too!

the cover reminds me of Heretic II.

But instead of talking about Papa Roach, let's talk about Metallica, Pantera, Slayer, Testament PLEASE.

Well, those who make music with the sole aim of raking in money are anything but artists. So, those who mimic a role that isn’t theirs, that is, the LPs who are called artists, are musical failures, and those who listen to them should at least know this, they need to be aware. What’s wrong, you ask me? ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. They could earn their money by working for it a little at least. And they don’t earn as much as a worker, but moooooooooolto more. I hate them; they are a bunch of clueless idiots incapable of creating music, they can’t play: THEY SUCK! And who exactly are these so-called "CLASS" CRITICS???? Don’t you have any doubt that these big class critics might be at least biased and therefore PARTIAL? Are you still wasting time with music criticism? Come on...
Stratovarius Elements Pt.1
Voto:
Episode: the best. Visions: not the best in quality, but the production is Excellent (perhaps too polished). Some songs are a bit clichéd, but hey... Destiny: underrated, the title track is the best song by Strato, too tear-jerking overall though, too many ballads on the album. Elements PT1: Original, but sometimes a tad ridiculous in lyrics and melodies, technically not the best, good symphonic support. Elements Pt2: Too many borrowings, too much déjà vu, ENOUGH! First and last tracks are nice (even if the last one heavily draws from Helloween). MY COMMENT: pointless, but I felt like doing it.

How heavy you are, my dear, I was joking. Better a post like mine above than all the personal insults exchanged by the De Recensori.

...and Queen! But what does the term Octavarium actually mean?

Perhaps it's intentional as well in Octavarium, after all the song is about 70s prog rock.
