Good job Cornell, I think one thing: those who lived that revolution firsthand, those who came from the beautiful '80s and woke up with a slap in the face, like the grunge movement with Nirvana (and not just them), can understand. When I was young, people used to tell me: if you haven't lived through the 60s/70s, what the hell do you know about Led Zeppelin? Yet I still value Led Zeppelin. However, I don't understand this posthumous bitterness towards the Seattle band. For me, it's just a regurgitation, perhaps legitimate, of today's youth who, musically, are navigating without a clear course and unfortunately still don't have a Nevermind.

Nick Cave, what does he have to do with the grunge scene?? Radiohead found success years later and, in my opinion, owe a lot to the Nirvana-grunge experience; Jesus and the Mary Chain are very good but don’t really fit, and Primal Scream is a shooting star that left a dim trail; Blur???? BLURRR!!! And what about Oasis, don’t you include them? And to top it off, this childish person hates Nirvana and claims Placebo are better! What do you deserve?
