Getting a record like this at 18 takes luck.

"So stay calm and watch what you say" a) Why should I stay calm? When something excites you do you stay calm? I don't want to stay calm; b) I always pay attention to what I say. Anyway, Matteo, etc. c) I didn’t make any explicit insinuation about anyone's private matters: mine was a question. A simple question related to your review; d) I’m a seasoned man but I’m not fighting against the fakes, sometimes against the presumptuous and the arrogant I am though; e) you are too sure of your ideas, and that is a limitation, for you. f) here when someone insults you it means they really like you, remember that.

Good job Cornell, I think one thing: those who lived that revolution firsthand, those who came from the beautiful '80s and woke up with a slap in the face, like the grunge movement with Nirvana (and not just them), can understand. When I was young, people used to tell me: if you haven't lived through the 60s/70s, what the hell do you know about Led Zeppelin? Yet I still value Led Zeppelin. However, I don't understand this posthumous bitterness towards the Seattle band. For me, it's just a regurgitation, perhaps legitimate, of today's youth who, musically, are navigating without a clear course and unfortunately still don't have a Nevermind.

Matteodi.Leonar: "Like, this Geenoo who I discover to be of an unspeakable ignorance and rudeness..." And you haven't seen anything yet! Dearest Matteo Di Leonar, 24 years old, a graduate in classical literature and especially with a three-month stint here on Debaser: you must first consider that this is not a site for prim and proper folks. There are many rough people like me, who smell, who don’t shave, barbaric, who bite when provoked. Here you’ve made a dramatic and tear-jerking post, but you pretend to forget your little provocations in your review of Springsteen (like: how much I enjoy making you angry). Smelly people like me thrive on such provocations. You’ve put factory work at the center of attention both in the other page and in this one, dramatizing, emphasizing, coloring. But you, my dear, confirm to me that you studied classical subjects and just finished university. You’ve seen something from the outside (your father), but from the inside? What has so offended you on a personal level that after a 300-line review on this celebrated and embellished factory work, I straightforwardly ask you if you have ever worked in a factory?? Does such a simple question offend you? Am I rude if I ask you if you’ve worked in a factory after such a rant???? And you, on the other hand, call me ignorant and rude? Aren’t you the one who stepped into my personal space, judging me harshly? Today I'm feeling generous, but one day you might find me slightly annoyed...

Matteodi.leonar "Smashing Pumpkins, Motorpsycho, Placebo, Sugarcubes, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Radiohead, Blur, Jesus & Mary Chain, Primal Scream and many others are better than Nirvana: because they have artistic personality, they are not consumer products even when they have been successful." OH MY GOD!!!!! The Smashing Pumpkins would have cut off three fingers from each hand to have made an album like Nevermind (they stated it and hinted it in interviews back then when you were still wetting the bed); Motorpsycho has nothing to do with it, absolutely nothing; The Sugarcubes, way more important than Nirvana, for crying out loud! Nick Cave, what does he have to do with the grunge scene?? Radiohead found success years later and, in my opinion, owe a lot to the Nirvana-grunge experience; Jesus and the Mary Chain are very good but don’t really fit, and Primal Scream is a shooting star that left a dim trail; Blur???? BLURRR!!! And what about Oasis, don’t you include them? And to top it off, this childish person hates Nirvana and claims Placebo are better! What do you deserve? Do you know that a statement like this can ruin you for life?

OOOOhhhhhhhhh now I really feel like I've totally shattered this big review, I feel a bit snobbish too. I'm reading about the Jam but it feels like I'm reading about the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Dylan. Speaking of this undisputed masterpiece of a song that you have so deeply perceived: have you ever worked a shift in a factory??

Still gold, you are just spam, just a troll, just a fake, a digital nothing. If by chance you were a living being, I’ll be waiting for you tomorrow evening at 10:30 PM at the corner of Via di San Pancrazio and Via Carini in Rome. After that, I’ll give you another mission.
