It's true, my idols were Tony Montana and Tony Manero. I'm old and I'm indulging in foot baths... you, on the other hand, young sprout, shouldn't you be out dancing a bit of healthy disco???

Enea, what antennas do I have when the '80s are mentioned...
The '80s were more than just a revolution. And I’m not joking here: they were seminal. Of course, the '60s and '70s had their own powerful moments, and the following '80s were no less impactful. I believe, in my humble opinion, that this revolutionary push seemed to fade starting from the second half of the '90s... I’m not talking about myths, I’m talking about music. Just think of sampling, electronics, a certain taste for melody, rock, hard rock, synth music, disco, pop in the classic sense of the term, heavy metal, rap, etc., etc. Of course, not everything was gold, right! But it was a revolution, or at least a rebirth or a birth for entire musical genres. Why did you fall for the obvious "but come on... the '80s of Duran Duran and Spandau??? Can you compare that to the '70s of roooockkkk bands???" Anyway, I repeat, it seems to me that this creative push has run aground around the mid-'90s... or is it just me who has aged???

In my fine and poetic way of seeing, this film is a huge pain in the ass, and without bringing Merenghetti, Cipster, Wim, and Tim into it. It makes me vulgar as well because I believe it's one of the most overrated films in history, and the worst part is that no one even understands why.

One of the horrors that has set a standard, the best-made American version.

Exactly Sfascia... it’s time to bring out the balls: Enola Gay is amazing. And the review is a nice screw-up... to dust off some old '80s slang.

As always, the review is very well written, perhaps too much. But it's the content that doesn't work. At all. The '80s, musically speaking, were a revolution. A kind of rebirth. And anyway, I go crazy for long, melancholic lullabies.

Of Zucchero, I only save Blue's where you can still feel that it is genuine...
