Supersoul... no, I used to believe in revolutions too! In some ways, I still do... but not of that kind.

Vortex, I am one of those who prefer the music of the Clash. Only the young can believe in this type of revolutions. By the time you reach your 30s, you understand so much...

What is this new trend of pre-insult: "Now we wait for the usual idiot to come and say they were rhetorical"? And it doesn't even seem to me like the first time I've read such a load of crap in other reviews. Shall we move on to the "de noantri" bullying?

To me, this story makes me smile instead. "INNER TORMENTS"... oooohhhh!!! Come on! The thing is very simple: if someone becomes a priest, they know very well that they can't go after women. If they do go after women, they know perfectly well that they can't remain a priest. There shouldn't be any torment at all for the very simple fact that all choices fall within the free will of the priest/man. Want to be a priest? Do it and don't go after women (or if you do, keep quiet). If instead you want to pursue women, then go for it. That's all there is to it. Very simple. The torment should be there when there are things greater than us that are unexpected and perhaps to which we cannot find a remedy. In this case, however, it's very simple: you go after women and bam! Love your woman freely. What's wrong with that? Where's the torment? You're not renouncing your God; you're just loving a woman, and in doing so, you're going against the little canonical rule established by the clergy (not by Christ). So what? All this torment? The torments, especially for priests, should be something else entirely. Like when they stuff their mouths with a piece of meat while looking at the gaunt faces of war refugees in some unfortunate African nation... or at least for me, that's a real (one of many) torment.
Cyndi Lauper Live @ Parigi 20.10.08

Vortex, what should you prepare for? A sincere and balanced review. Lauper was and is the classic pop singer, but a quality one, of the '80s. She sang a handful of songs that have become little classics. And when I accidentally hear "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," I freeze and float lightly back in time.

Cicciostrunz, you don't fool me. I have my opinion, and I'm not going to bend to the prevailing trendiness. I felt like I was wasting precious time reading the book (not this one) instead of the review. Precious time that could be spent reading other books. Obviously. When I work, I don't read.

Here we go!: "Let's get right to it: The first Guns n' Roses album of new, original songs since the first Bush administration is a great, audacious, unhinged and uncompromising hard-rock record"! Yeah!
