Aside from all the sociological and cultural considerations... but what the hell does a comic like this give you? Nothing for me. Instead, I'm thrilled, I'm exalted, I'm excited by the verse of a writer that pushes me to reflect, that makes me lift my head and think while I read a page. The writing of a thinker that reveals secrets or things I wasn’t aware of. The painting of a great artist. But also a phrase from an old farmer or a young madman. A random internet search. But nowadays, someone who represents the snuff movie, a phenomenon - of the deviants - well-known, what the hell do they want to denounce with drawings? Are we joking? Idolizing? My idol is Uncle Scrooge.

Great Carpenter. I agree with Lostinspace, a way of doing horror that perhaps no longer exists. I love almost all of his films. I highly recommend certain scenes from In the Mouth of Madness.
