"The problem is that such mastery of technical means, alas, does not correspond to an adequate compositional creativity"... this brings down the rating of a review I mostly agree with.
This album is beautiful, perhaps one of the best ever made in the genre..."just take a pebble and throw it to the sea"... beautiful verses... beautiful melodies... a masterpiece.

Great album, although a bit challenging at first... I hadn't listened to anything by Neurosis... but I think I'll soon get some more of their stuff. Nice review.

Oh my God!! The review is beautiful... even though I find it a bit long. Listen Roky... I have to tell you that I don't like this group because they play a genre that's tough for me... but I repeat... the review is perfect. Bye old man... see you soon!!

erm...erm....sorry...don't say that de-baser is "regression" because I don't believe it.
Anyway, koopa, I must say you caught me off guard with your first review.
Actually...when we meet, could you make me a copy?? Oops...I didn't mean to tell you, but I brought this new reviewer to de-b myself...I don’t choose randomly...de-b has benefited from it...I’m telling you. I told you to take it easy...you're a bit scary...a little control, boy..:-))

Fabulous album...sometimes the ghosts of the Pink Fluid echo...just for this it deserves a 5.

Can you find me an example? I would like to understand. Give me two tracks that are similar.

I often make an effort to stay calm and control myself when I see writings of such heresies, but this time I can't stay silent. Yes, dear Airbag, what I see written in your review gives me chills. Not so much because you confuse two groups that only share geographical origin, but especially because I am appalled at such musical ignorance. But don't get me wrong, it's not that you are musically ignorant, but rather that you contradict yourself in terminology. If you've made such a comparison, you have fallen victim to the same media criticism you condemn in your review. Indeed, it has always resorted to this ridiculous comparison, perceiving Martin as a clone of Yorke... something rather pathetic and clearly out of place, which does not benefit either one. And then finally to say that listening to Parachutes echoes The Bends (which I consider the best of Radiohead) is like uttering a blasphemy during a religious service on Christmas Day. I know I may have gone a bit too far, but this is what I felt I had to say... I'm sorry. Don't hate me, but I believe you'll need to listen to both albums another 1000 times to understand that what you wrote is truly heresy in its purest form.

I'm not voting for the review because in the state I'm in right now, it could be the "Divine Comedy" for me... but the mere fact that it talks about C.C. feels a bit off to me. It may not be for you... but hearing her sing makes my knees weak (to keep it classy... and avoid vulgarity). But it's a matter of taste...

I agree....5 out of 5 is hers. Great Hives!!!!

For me, punk sounds like this... just like they do it without too many frills. Anyway, I really like this record, just like the review. There’s not much to say, just like in the album... recorded specifically without too many arrangements, raw and unfiltered... in short... these Ikara are great.
