Lars Von Trier Dancer In The Dark

For goodness' sake, everyone has their opinion, but I think it's normal for a director to be their own promoter. Lynch has always had a certain mark in his films, then he went through phases, changing slowly. Kim Ki-duk similarly (and I challenge anyone to criticize his "old" films). What I mean is that it's normal for them to stand out, and the fact that they've made many films makes it even more normal for them to become their own promoters. But let's limit ourselves to commenting (better than judging with a sword hanging over our heads as if we were Jesus Christ... who??) on the films and not on the people.

Batman Begins is awesome, sure, it's very light and doesn't require much attention from the audience, it flows well. I started watching it with a lot of skepticism, but I liked it!!! Insomnia is one of the worst movies (subjective judgment) I've ever seen...

But?! There have been few geniuses in history; when it comes to cinema, I would speak more of genius than of geniuses, and in my opinion, Lars is a genius. Some of his films are pure genius (just look at "The Element of Crime"). So, who are these geniuses you’re talking about????

I heard a lot about this film, it seemed like something special, I felt compelled to watch it. Once I saw it, I didn't feel satisfied at all, I mean... I didn't really like it even though from some (few) points of view it can be considered a successful experiment. I don’t feel like failing it because in the end I found it interesting.

I would like (I hope I'm not mistaken) to correct a small (perhaps insignificant) mistake... it's not Nick Cave & Grinderman but just Grinderman... well, whatever you prefer... goodbye!

I didn't get into war, and I didn't even talk about your ego. I'll repeat what I said: "I don't nurture my ego in front of a screen." Think what you want; if you're sensitive to provocation, there must be a reason. I'm for peace, anyway.
