Quentin Tarantino Le Iene
Voto:
You can't make music with music, you can't make cinema with cinema. Tarantino is now relegated to a simple cut and paste guy, who takes the cream of blaxploitation, local and oriental B-movies, bits of Leone, etc., to showcase his mannerism: Kill Bill. Furthermore, he produces films that are complete trash. Tarantino is now family-friendly pulp, he no longer has the shine he once had. Here, in Reservoir Dogs, he was absolutely a fucking genius...!!! Steve Buscemi is my favorite Reservoir Dog!!!

Of course I was joking, but both L7 and Lunachicks and 7 Year Bitch and Bikini Kill really get on my nerves. They were just the female Hardcore or Grunge counterpart, a kind of ridiculously boring substitute. The usual two chords, dragging vocals, and the same couple of silly takes on feminism and the emancipated woman. But Babes in Toyland are hot!

Well done, dear, great review, but for me their best work is hungry for stink or fontanelle. :P
Dario Argento Tenebre

Poletti Dolfin is right, 3 for the film. Argento in the trilogy of early thrillers, Suspiria, Profondo Rosso, and Phenomena proves to be a dragon. Here and in Inferno, a 3 of esteem. Then only crap, he hasn't hit a super high-level film in 20 years. Il Cartaio ahahahahaahah.

This is definitely a 3, not a 5, so should we give ten to Io e Annie, Manhattan, and Zelig?
Franco Castellano e Giuseppe Moccia Grandi Magazzini

I give it a 5 for nostalgia.

Zelig, Manhattan, and Annie Hall are all 6. Here it’s still immature, naive in various parts, insecure in terms of direction. Great ideas and a lot of raw talent not yet put to the service of his future brilliant screenplays.
