Disgusting album... pathetic review, enough grunge, evolve. I fully agree with NIBBIO.

It always depends on what reference you have, Brizz89. It was like when Nirvana shared airtime on MTV with George Michael and Michael Jackson; it's obvious that someone who has only that musical reference will immediately notice Nirvana as "different," but the great lyrics were written by others: Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, Brassens, Suicide, etc. If you knew just the lyrics of Cohen's first album, you would consider everything Godano has produced from the cradle to his current emaciated and tormented appearance as garbage.

Vic... masterpiece, I amTouched. A literary case, the only beautiful thing to appear on Debaser in months. On the homepage, those empty, charlatan things by Punisher are glaring... how sad.

Instead, the hybridization of the funereal in rock with the Doors was still different from that of the Velvet Underground; incorporating the Oedipus complex into a lisergic suite seems to me to have no precedent, and the mortuary intensity of that piece alone sweeps away almost the entire history of music. Frankie Teardrop by Suicide is on the same level. And then we talk about garbage like Cristiano Godano who install existentialist verses into rock: AHHAHAHAHHHAHHA.

I'm not Charlie Nokia (Vic Rulez!!), our writing styles are quite different. He writes divine invectives while I do my best in nullity-punisher rhymes. In any case, he is absolutely right; Spielberg makes worms turn in their graves, his family holocaust Schindler's List is the most rhetorical and pijanculo thing imaginable. I would give Kubrick a 7 as a director, and Spielberg a 2... haha in your list, little chick, there’s no Jodorowsky but there is Spielberg. AHHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHAH. What a shame. To give a 5 to Jaws, they must have really squished your brain good, but go get a job!

If I consider the triptych Verdena - Afterhours - Marlene Kuntz to be something genius and you’re 17 or younger, I can say to you "Yes, yes, I understand". If you're over 20 and still think this teenage rock is the crème de la crème of all music worldwide, "AHAHAHHAHAHAHHA, FOOL". The Marlene Kuntz are the Garzanti clumsily inserted into structures copied from Sonic Youth. Foscolo + Noise begged from the Bigs across the ocean = Marlene Kuntz. In my player I have Lennie Tristano, Sun Ra, Jesus Lizard, Charlie Parker, The Residents, Ptose. Here’s great music... not those bullshit acts for pretend 18-year-olds "I only suffer". Maximum disgust for Godano.

Great review...the album is the jazz equivalent of a profiterole, a masterpiece of goodness. Punisher nullity.

Alessio Iride "you're not a know-it-all!!!", what does that mean? I expressed my musical theory, everyone has their own. Maryg will have her theory of "technique doesn't matter, the communicative urgency is what counts" which I don't agree with at all, but I respect it. An 80s metalhead will have their theory "ehh you need to do a nice solo in the middle" which I think sucks gargoyls... and I have mine, my hybrid of jazz, sampling, dissonance, grunts and nonsense. To each their own... know-it-all me? Ah ah ah. @MARYG, download the Residents sister!
