Beautiful review of my-our beloved Robin! Like dear DeMa, I belong to the "few chosen ones" (few? Who knows) who loved the God Machine immensely (loved and still love..) elevating them to cult band status of our nineties (for me, alongside Alice in Chains). I even went on the trail of Robin in London—I think it was '95—based on the address of a phantom P.O. BOX written on the back of a Flowershop Recordings CD. Of course, I found nothing and was insulted by my girlfriend at the time, who saintly followed me on these wanderings. I listened to Sophia live not long ago (via cable..) and here, if you want, you can read the review of what was my first and only live stream from the couch with family in tow. A strange, beautiful, unusual, and very real thing! Recently, I've been listening to Sophia sparingly, just a little. There’s no real reason, perhaps I just need less reflective music, so I’m looking for something else. Your reading was wonderful anyway! At home with Sophia...
