Honestly, I got a bit lost on the last point, that is, the group's call for a substantial return to musical normality in form (compositional?), but not in substance (ideas?). Did I misunderstand, or is it like that? I should mention that I am not familiar with the group and consequently the work, but it intrigues me.

The CD was released in 1995.
Jovanotti L'albero
Voto:
The review is well done, but honestly, I don't think Jovanotti is worth such a large expenditure of words. I also saw the concert from that tour (nice and lively), but I feel he has few ideas, and he spins those ideas for 50 minutes. Plus, I find him unlikeable, so I admit I am biased. I forgot to mention, Saturnino, by being with him, ends up self-castrating; I find his first two albums more interesting.
The Police Outlandos D'Amour

I don’t want to delve into the review like Punisher did (a bit harshly), but I was pleased to read something about the Police, especially regarding their first album. I saw them in Turin on April 4, 1980, at the Palasport, and then in Rome at Eur on January 30, 1984. The very fact that you reminded me of this deserves praise; I am very biased, for them representing the beginning of a musical growth, in addition to my adolescent fanaticism, turned me into an obsessive and obsessed collector of the Police. Thank you again, as I wouldn’t be able to write anything about this band due to too many personal memories. In conclusion, I think that, listening to Copeland's works as well as those of Summers' solo projects, I would have liked to see (hear) how far they would have pushed themselves, perhaps pushing Sting to return to composing in a more thoughtful and refined manner, rather than like a relaxed billionaire.

The review is nice and I agree with all the points. The only thing is that I don't think he's a genius, or if he was, it lasted the time of "Tubular Bells". Considering his other works, some of which are beautiful and others less so but more intricate, I believe he is a great craftsman.

The fact that it piqued my curiosity (I have absolutely no knowledge of the product in question) deserves appreciation.

Hal, it’s nice to have a correspondence like this. Regarding Katchè, more than the description (I still need to process it myself, since it’s so new), I felt the need to share it with you. You seem to be one of the most receptive among those I see.

Unfortunately, the CD is missing four instrumental tracks that were included in the double LP.

Little to add, it's undeniably a great job and a good review.
King Crimson Starless and Bible Black

Great review! If you wrote it with the same spirit as I read it, (with the rhythm and timing of the album in question), you are commendable. I find that a track like "Fracture" raises the entire work by at least a point. Am I mistaken or do you not give away stars easily either?
