Tangerine Dream Alpha Centauri
Voto:
I am astonished by mauromauro's statements. Point 1, Pink Floyd (especially "A Sourceful..." which you misquoted) owe a debt to Tangerine Dream; moreover, Waters himself had thanked Froese in the past for the inspiration. Point 2, it is precisely the gestation of an album like "Alpha..." that gave rise to the so-called <cosmic> music, which is so dear to Pink Floyd. And then point 3, if you really want to, go listen to "Ultima Thule" by Tangerine Dream along with Barrett from 1968, so you can educate yourself a bit more musically about the aspects that revolutionized music. This is why "Alpha..." may not be particularly beautiful, but it is extremely important. Just reading any article about Tangerine Dream would have been enough to avoid the blunder you made.

I join the rest of the group, "Tarkus" is a great album, but it deserved a few more words, considering that if I'm not mistaken this is the first review this album has received.
Paul Motian, Bill Frisell, Joe Lovano I Have the Room Above Her

It really rains on the wet, I like Bill Frisell a lot and I even met him alongside J. Zorn during a Naked City concert in Zurich. I happily saw him again at the Piccolo Regio during the performance for "Go West The Soundtrack Of Buster Keaton." In short, I just want to highlight how passionate I am about his music and his guitar. The review is exceedingly worthy of the record. Cheers and thanks for Buonocore.

I don’t know the album, but back in the day I wore out “The Humans Lib,” his first album. I liked the review, but please don’t take it the wrong way, the comparison to Joe Jackson, and even worse to “Steppin Out,” is blasphemous to me (just test it out, listen to “Night And Day”). This is why I lowered your score.
AC/DC The Razors Edge
Voto:
I share your thoughts on this album, and I also find "The Razors Edge" beautiful. What surprised me about AC/DC is that after "Flick Of The Switch," I thought they had run out of ideas; instead, I found "Stiff Upper Lip" to be beautiful, energetic, and powerful. I then saw them in Turin, and they were truly devastating there as well.

Let the Genesis fans shoot at the Sex where you heard it, then why do you unload your turmoil here? And as for Tony Banks not knowing his stuff, well... let's leave that aside. I just regret wasting time responding to you, I won't even give you a rating, you're not funny, you're not irreverent, you're not reviewing the album, in short, you're useless.

Since the review is mine, I'll steal a bit of space to greet Kurz whom I haven't heard from since my first review, "Ali Akbar," which made me very happy. A thanks also to egothemaster for putting the dots on a fool, and then to Nobody, who is fighting to get me a 5; I was hoping with Hassel, but I won't give up (just kidding). I'm sorry that Buonocore is little known and hardly listened to; just out of curiosity, try listening to the latest. Greetings to all.

A group that should nonetheless be known, at least if one wants a complete view of the phenomenon or the movement, however one wants to call it, prog. I agree with what Grass and Lucabbrasi have said; I think there’s not much to add. For me, if I really have to choose, I like "Tarkus"; as for the rest... sorry, why did you give it a 5? Reading it seemed to imply that it wasn't for you either.
