Surpassing the self-titled debut was impossible, so I consider this one good, as well as Evil Empire and the covers album (which I think is a blast), but the first one feels like a greatest hits of 10 years of career, so the rest remains inferior. The best part is the quote at the end of "Testify" from 1984 by George Orwell:
"Who controls the past now controls the future,
Who controls the present now controls the past
Who controls the past now controls the future,
Who controls the present now?"
In the genre, the best and no bullshit!

I've never heard Ege Bamyasi; I only have Tago Mago and the first Monster Movie, which is more digestible... as digestible as a Can record can be! Cheers.

I was just thinking about doing the rec for this album. I didn't quite grasp some of the nuances in your rec. To me, this album evokes hot summers and burning sunsets, but it never occurred to me to connect it to colors, interesting. Bye.

You’re not trying to steal my review of Tago Mago, are you? Just kidding, go ahead... or the album with your nickname, right? We can share it...

I really liked this one! Well done and concise, a fundamental quality in de-reviews. However, I have bad memories of ELP, but maybe I can let them go thanks to my sister's boyfriend. Bye!

It had the same effect on me as well, kosmo, but congratulations anyway. I agree with Antimo in the case of records that are well-known like the one in question; the flourishes and the original keys of interpretation are always interesting and stimulating in my opinion. I'm sorry that it’s paired with that of Blow-Up, which is definitely done worse! For me, it is one of the most useless magazines on the market, full of people without musical culture (because they're youngsters) who review quite randomly. Naturally, going back to us, the flourishes need to be measured, and I believe good taste is required. Cheers!

Damn Rocky, you finally show up! Good job, but as I told you, they're not for me. However, I might make an effort... I guess they're not very summery, are they? Anyway, the only criticism I have is the rush with which you wrote it; there are some careless mistakes.
Hi old man, see you soon.

Never heard the album, but the singer haunts me because everyone says I look like him! Worse than my mother when she told me I resembled "the one who sang the song about the Vespa 50"......I hope you didn't figure out who she meant....I unfortunately did, and I insulted her, calling her a prostitute! The peak of an insult, then coming from a close relative, damn!

No, I'm not from Padua, but I studied in Venice from '95 until last year, so sometimes I would go to see concerts around Veneto.

Yes, sorry Charles, I forgot, the group is the Jujus and the song is Do You Understand Me... anyway, it seems to me that those guys copied the chord progression from the Rolling Stones since the piece is from '66 while the Stones' record is from the year before...
