I know I’m being a pain, but there were already two other albums from this disc... I mean, don’t you listen to other records? Anyway, I really like Radiohead because they tried, at the peak of their success, not to repeat themselves, not to rest on their laurels, and they sought to change. The way their musical evolution can leave some perplexed is a matter of taste, but you can’t say they are a "sellout" band. Specifically, this album reminds me of a period of falling in love, my first serious one, and the tears over "exit (music for a film)"... and even after that, I think they maintained really high standards. Just think about how many bands, once they hit mass success, got stuck in their ways (Oasis, Korn, and many others). Moreover, in my opinion, with the "fake-warp" turn of Kid A, they managed, thanks to their media visibility, to legitimize a synthetic sound that was hard for the masses to digest. I remember that people raised on Vasco loved "Idioteque," so I have maximal respect for them, whether you like it or not. Way better than those losers Coldplay.

Well done g_à de stijl, I've finally downloaded it and I must say I like it more than white blood cells.

I also got the best of yesterday in Florence... great tigrona, she makes me dance in the car, and thanks to her Davis wrote Bitches Brew... and who cares, people! The rec is really nice, I like it a lot.

Marmist, if you don't know the band, don't shoot huge bullshit. Elephant is the fourth album, and they are neither the first nor the last to experiment with a two-person formation; they are simply the only ones who have broken through. I can't really pass judgment on the latest one because I don't have it yet; the single is nothing special. It’s certainly strange, but when White Blood Cells came out, I had a feeling these guys were skilled and savvy enough to make it big. In my opinion, they're still better than the new wave of indie bands from England, but taste is subjective. Anyway, almost everyone has told me they suck live.

Oh, I find it perplexing; I knew him little and this doesn't add much for me... I don't know, my attention span drops significantly when I listen to this record, it becomes background music, but maybe I can appreciate it better. Rec bedda.

nice jacket, too bad I wanted to know a bit more about this band but the comments are enough to explain it to me, and then I saw them just yesterday in a store and I was curious to know what they played.

I don't know if it will last, but for now it's been in heavy rotation for about a month. I thought I was the only one getting excited about this album, but apparently not... so I'm not completely crazy.

In the cosmos, the record is well done, but the album, I can only tell you that I've listened to it three times and begged a friend of mine to take it and bring it home. If only the Clash could really be heard, I'd like it, but like Trell, I only hear the Smiths... and I really can’t stand the Smiths.
