my favorite room has always been the bathroom, I spend half my days reading music magazines in there, and over time I’ve read everything from the phone book to novels to non-fiction when I was studying for exams. Unfortunately, the album in question has also ended up in that room, or rather in the trash. I feel somewhat sorry because I liked it at first listen in a record store, but I wanted to wait to download it and really listen to it. And unfortunately, it crashed by the third listen, definitely sinking like the Andrea Doria. Of course, it's not a bad album; Air can hardly manage that even if they try, but it's a bit of a superfluous album. At this point, I actually prefer the album by Gainsbourg's daughter (just to stay on theme) which Air arranged. Very different as a proposal, obviously.

Fuck, this morning at 8 there was. Fuck, do you guys have office hours, editors? @Vì: You might remember the Talking Heads, but it reminds me more of the saltarello redone by the Dead Can Dance. @kosmo: actually, I reviewed the split with the Angels of Light last year; if you type them in the search, it should come up. @Marcel: maximum envy for having seen them; I missed them in Gradara near Pesaro a couple of years ago and I regret it—people say they’re great live.

What a drag, all the books I'm interested in are published by Guanda. I guess it must be out of print, right? Because I've been chasing The Woman in the Dunes by Abe Kobo for 8 years and even the most unlucky bookseller doesn’t have it.

I really liked Bella Kid. I'm also curious about the album; I've heard a lot of good things about it, maybe I'll download it. However, I'm much more intrigued by the book you mention, which, due to my inherent literary ignorance, I don't know. But if among the characters there's one who studies feces, then we're on the same wavelength. Who published it?

The Residents Meet The Residents

Damn, what a beautiful review, well done. I love the story about Senada's theory of darkness, I didn't know it. Unfortunately, I still haven't had the courage to approach these guys, even though everyone's talking about them like they're geniuses, and I've seen some of their videos circulating on YouTube. Maybe it's because my only encounter with the residents was, like NIBIIO - Arezzo Wave 2000, also after the Deus? - at a free concert where they played their last album which I believe was a biblical concept. Suffice it to say, it was quite unsettling, but the thing that left me perplexed were the metal sounds, a bit '80s as well. I assume that "not available" and this are not coisì, right?

Well, I have to say that after some time, this is one of my albums of the year. It must be the monstrous live album released these days, which I recommend you listen to. Moreover, YouTube is bursting with their live performances. A bit outrageous, but I love them fiercely these days.

Damn, I used to buy records at the good old Frisco store during university too. They had impossible prices (I think they were getting records from bankrupt shops; otherwise I can't explain how Motorpsycho could cost 18,000 lire).
