thank you ajeje I'm reading it now....take that, you idiot Scaruffi, Byrd refutes him and his pretentious followers with three words: "Sgt. Pepper influenced absolutely everyone,...Zappa was not influential in any remotely comparable way, no matter what his fans like to believe." Take it and bring it home.

Well, Being John Malkovich had the same effect on me as Pulp Fiction when I saw it back then... a total stroke of genius! When you watch it again, it loses a bit, but it's still fantastic.

I agree you have a monstrous average of bullshit among adolescents, not a single one is saved. All are either ultra-fashion hipsters or fake punk rockers or metalheads. My favorites remain the boys from the bay, nice people, straightforward and direct. Especially the color hustler who was in the ghetto (I'm talking about at least 4/5 years ago, I hope they've taken him out in this time). Do you happen to know a guy in his nearly 40s called "Il Cazzone" or "Cazza" happy?

Indeed, dear Hal, it seems that Kraven is coming soon... apparently played by "the Rock." If that’s true, I might just shoot myself. Anyway, you can find everything at this link Features | PopMatters

The story also reminds me of Audition, which, by the way, I dreamed about just last night...I woke up a bit restless, in fact.

ghe sboro bea the review. I'm going to see the movie, and the first kid under 20 who bothers me is going to get it, and they'll get it for all those assholes (mostly adults, I must say) who have driven me crazy for at least 24 years of moviegoing. Hitting one to educate one is my motto. If you have to talk, stay home, you fucking rednecks, god p@#£%o!!!!!!

I don't know how long I've had it, but it's getting on my nerves. I've realized over time that I can only really handle Flying Teapot and Camembert Electrique by Gong. I should listen to You, but who has the time? These are often albums that require a lot of attention to appreciate...too much for my standards lately.

I agree with zigghio, it would be time to start a healthy forced secularization of all Catholics, and then move on to the Middle East to secularize the other two remaining monotheisms. A nice return to shamanism would really be in order, that's what.

Sorry, you don't know Chuck Berry? Did I get that right? I thought it was impossible. I haven't seen this concert in like 10 years, and true to form (even when he's not there) I didn't know a damn thing this year either. Today at work they told me that Chuck was anyway really sad to watch, but I guess playing in front of four thousand idiots isn’t great for anyone. BUT did I get it right that Neil Young was there too or did those yokels from Le Vibrazioni do a cover of his? Ah, now that I remember, while flipping channels I saw Manuel Agnelli, and during the first verse with an open Milanese A, I broke out in hives and immediately changed the channel. I can't stand them since Hai Paura del Buio. Speaking of historic old rock and roll mummies, this summer for free in Senigallia at the Jamboree Summer Festival (a cute '50s festival) Jerry Lee Lewis and Dick Dale (does Misirlou ring a bell?).
