Oh my god, I'm about to do the recording of "Burning Off Impurities" by Grails, I even ordered it from Caiman! I really like it a lot, I’d like to get the previous ones. More than an album, it’s a ritual ablution.

I repeat, folks, I'm not well-versed in Nuova Onda listens; in fact, I tend to completely abhor them, so my poor ears might be mistaking whistles for flasks.

in fact, it was a bit of my personal delusion people, don’t mind it. But to me the voice reminds me of Ian Curtis anyway, maybe that's why I connected them to Interpol. Musically, of course, they don’t really match what I’ve heard. Anyway, the person who recommended Alligator also heavily disparaged this. The future will judge, especially since I already have too much stuff to listen to.

After persistent advice, I downloaded the previous Alligator, which is not bad. The problem is that I barely grasp the original new wave, and today’s reinterpretations hardly make me shout miracle or give more than a passing grade. Don’t take it the wrong way, but stuff like Interpol (even though they’re among the best of the wave) I don’t think will stand the test of time. Also, because the Ian Curtis singing style is so unique that anyone who resembles it even a little becomes an automatic duplicate to my ears. Anyway, for whatever little I’ve heard, the National are more interesting than the aforementioned Interpol. I won’t make comparisons with Maximo Park, Bloc Party, Editors, and other such stuff because that would be a bit vulgar.

I've always heard you name it, but as I mentioned in other discussions, my relationship with progressive is conflicted. I now hate the canonical stuff; instead, I like bands that were affiliated later with the prog wagon, but were actually a blend of other influences. But can you recall Family? You mention acoustic guitars and short compositions, which remind me of the very early Family. Am I wrong?

How old are you? The problem may also lie in the screenplay, at least for some terrible dialogues, but for criticisms regarding morality and the like, maybe you should take it up with Stoker, since it's a adaptation of his work... I don't know, I'm quite attached to it; I really liked it at the time, especially because I was a huge fan of Winona and Oldman was one of my favorite actors. Time has revealed some flaws, but I agree that the first part is still remarkable. And honestly, I don't know where you saw the porn. If you consider the three vampires who are all over the gay guy Reeves (do you remember the news that was circulating at the time about the gay marriage with David Geffen... all vanished within a year and now it's not talked about anymore, huh!?) to be a porn scene, then half of Piero Angela's documentaries qualify as well. Rocco would be offended to hear such nonsense.

I'm diving deep into this album, diverse and varied, with hints of jazz, folk, psych, and the pop songs that Belle and Sebastian have been trying to recreate for years.

saying that mellon collie is better than this is worth 90 nerbate in Piazza del Popolo. I also liked Gish a lot, but for emotional reasons or whatever, this remains my favorite (along with pisces iscariot). Mayonaise but especially Soma (favorite track of the SP) on the shields.

To avoid misunderstandings, I am not an editor. I have too little computer knowledge; it takes me a quarter of an hour to bold my reviews, just think about those of others!
