I trust too much! Open, if I ever had a group, you would be among the promoters I would choose. Alright, alright, I'll look for them...

I'll say something outrageous, but they don’t drive me crazy. I really feel this way, and it doesn’t give me what the Stooges, MC5, or even Radio Birdman give me. But I'll try to redeem myself tonight by listening to it again.

No, come on, do you like + inner mistique? Strange, I find it much less captivating than this, perhaps precisely because of Ed Cobb's intrusiveness. I wanted to do it for about three years, but it's better that someone else has commendably thought of it.

Good job, Trell, I was just listening to them these days... but they don't give me what McLusky used to give me... "don't go fuck in the barn, cause the barn's on fire!" Will they return with such brilliant lyrics again?

Damn, I just read the review. I would say that among literary cases it fits all, BUT maybe not. But excuse me, is it a personal quirk of yours or do you firmly believe in your surreal use of BUT? I’m curious, revolutions are born from the grassroots, right? Maybe we should start a lexical revolution, like: "Dor'a in phoi the official language of Italy will be Sfedese."
John Boorman Excalibur

Vague memories, but I liked it because it was raw and unsettling enough. However, sometimes I agree with kitsch. Say hi to Averroës for me.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, I saw them live in 2000 at Pedro for 7000 lire and they definitely blew me away, low profile and just pedal to the metal. Then the Brits discovered them too late and made them re-record veni vidi vicious for the UK market, and from there on, we all know the story. For me, 2007 was already way better than 2006.
John Martyn Solid Air
Voto:
Excellent, super, I was thinking about it, I noticed it was missing. What can I say, I only discovered the good Martyn this year, alas, but it was love at first listen. A truly magical album, even for me quite unclassifiable (aside from the obvious folk).
Dungen Tio Bitar

Antonio, I agree, but as I said for now I prefer the delirium of Ta Det, with its digressions of sax and so on. This is definitely more compact, less frayed, and has a couple of perfect tracks (don’t ask me for the titles). They are definitely not cloying, even though the variety of influences might suggest otherwise. However, Familj (the second one, I think) really sucks, sorry.
