The book is missing many groups, but those that are included are almost all the major ones, so it's more than fine. I would have included Agitation Free and Xhol Caravan, just to name a couple.

In the now distant 2006.....isn't it ironic?

give Mattia's disc! Never heard it, but Mattia and I have very different tastes.

I don't remember it as being that fairytale-like; it reminded me of Michael Yonkers in terms of album style. Last year I listened to it quite a bit, then it faded into oblivion. But I should buy all these records to avoid forming a wrong idea; mp3s ruin old music, there's no way around it, at least for me.

Well, the latest Colour Haze isn't bad (they never make bad albums, that's for sure) but it's also true that they don't stray much from what they've done so far; they’re kind of playing it safe this time around.

Damn Enea, I think you remember wrong, this album is almost pop, whether you compare it to Soundtracks and Monster Movie, or with Tago mago and Ege. Not to mention a lot of other kraut stuff that you usually digest. Mooney (I hope I don’t sound too heretical) for me is even better than Damo, who sometimes sounds like a cat meowing, but with diarrhea.

and above all you get eaten alive by mosquitoes. I'm downloading Black Tar right now from the usual blogs. And I’ve never figured out if the Liquid Sound Company are just the usual hype for space psych fanatics or if they’re actually good; the same goes for Liquid Visions, Litmus, Earthling, and half of the stuff from Nasoni records. Oh, I almost forgot the Oresund Space Collective, Sula Bassana, and those Finnish dudes who were only instrumental and whose name I can't remember (but they were good and hypnotic like we like it).

I agree and endorse your comment, Bartle; I feel the same way.
