Well, it always seemed to me to be right on the edge of cheesy pop how I write, much more than Forever Changes. Strange that you like this and that you don’t really like much of the Beatles, in certain instances much more sophisticated. Just to be clear, I like both this and the Beatles a lot.

For heaven's sake, do as you wish, just at least, put some of your own into it. The guy at number 9 reminded me of the Ondarock review that had left me perplexed even back then. Scaruffi hasn't existed since 2005, I can't even type the letters on the keyboard....let me try. Sxcqwaszrufffkiokioo....nothing, I can't do it, it's stronger than me.

Well, I allow myself to suggest that you reconsider your intentions, since the Motorpsycho are pretty well covered. The only ones missing are Mountain EP and I can’t remember if Lobotomizer is included. Especially if you’re going to do them so little justice. Damn, the Motorpsycho deserve much more! And why review every album of a band? To clog up the database even more? You must have a band that you like that hasn’t been reviewed or has been reviewed poorly, right?

I'm going to rely on memory for a moment, folks, but it seems that the concept of reincarnation absurdly made its way to Asia and influenced early Buddhism precisely from the West, that is, from Greece. Thanks to Alexander the Great, it is certain that Nagarjuna, the famous Buddhist philosopher, was influenced by Plato and that in general the Greek concept of metempsychosis influenced the Buddhist concept of reincarnation. Damn, I should dig through the photocopies of my university exams! Anyway, I don't understand why it's so hard to conceive that animals (I would almost say things, but I'll refrain) have a soul if humans have one (or at least think they have that something that makes them more than the rest). It's absolute presumption. But even transforming a vision like animism into the extreme consequences of monotheism is not the result of a spiritual upheaval but rather a mere political and social calculation. And this applies to all organized religions. They have been (and often still are) ways to create hierarchies and mediate them, that is, to exercise control. The secular state has definitely been a great achievement in this regard (if it works). And I hope that nowadays everyone gives the weight they want to the organization of the cults and deities they follow; I hope this is an approach that becomes as widespread as possible. Think for yourself, question authority.

I'm sorry, I read it but I had forgotten. You can easily find the 500 from Mucchio at Feltrinelli. I've gotten a bit frustrated because I'm trying to understand if my aversion to blow up is just my own issue or if I have a rather distant view of what "rock" is, and until I experience it firsthand, I can't just criticize for years.

the gas station scene destroyed me at the time, as did the sex with the sherpas and the dwarves! Poetry!

errata corrige: the introduction indeed specifies what I mentioned above, namely a possible perspective. The problem is that I feel I might be biased; it always seems like there's a search for the sensational, an excess of triumphalism. We fight against the worn-out clichés of the most rigid rock historiography and end up using the same superlatives for unknown artists and albums, with the result, at least in my opinion, of not enticing anyone to listen. Well, at this point I’ll stop, I’ll remain silent until I’ve digested the little book (damn, it stops at 2002, if only I had known...).
