Well, that Pixies one was also in the works, but someone beat me to it because I’ve already done Spine Of God.

So, Bartle, you do it, because I'm not well-versed in the backstory, and, covering my head in guano, at the time of its release I dismissed it as the beginning of the exploitation of a non-genre like stoner. I've redeemed myself over time; this album is awesome, canonically stoner but the only one that has held up among the many pseudo-epigones. The 'f*** you' wasn't directed at the reviewer, it was an interjection between me and myself.

Fuck, I really like this album! Now I'm asking to write for Ondarock and I'm starting to listen to Il Dolore Di Chi E' Tenero Di Cuore too!

I've never been able to get into Pink Mountaintops, unlike the early Black Mountain. However, I remember this one as short and opiated (actually, I should thank the now-absent user humax4 for the album).

I've set it aside now; unfortunately, I'm left with ideas written over a year ago. I'm revisiting the first one a bit more. It's strange that this album has been praised excessively in many circles, especially when compared to the previous one that could have appealed to many more people. Oh well, the mysteries of media exposure. Anyway, live it's a blast (at least in 2005).

Thank you, Odra, I will take care of it immediately! Honestly, I haven't felt like the 'ordo grizzly' lately, but you never know, it's there staring at me from the row of burned copies; sooner or later, I'll heed its call.

Having taken the reissue, which sounds beautifully high, I don't know if they remixed it, but the title track in headphones is a TOTAL acid trip!
