It’s truly a terrible pang in the heart to see such low ratings for the album... Really good review, I really like the images used to describe the album's sound journey. In her penultimate post, Josi says something absolutely right; the album should be evaluated with a solid background of listening experience. KimDealISsoHOT, if you hadn't concluded your post with that "subjectively speaking," you would have been right in the ranks of lost causes, in my opinion.

Jack Frusciante... I think you've seen the movie and that name stuck in your head. As Josi rightly points out, the guy's name is John, and as I remind you, he's not that great of a virtuoso you want us to believe. Navarro may be a jerk, but he brought better moments to the RHCP. The album borders on the ridiculous.
