Come on, Gee, don’t call it a CD; it makes me feel bad... Then, of course, it’s the combination of all those factors that determines its success; what else would you expect, what a revelation. There is art, and it’s undeniable—great music; it’s a phenomenon for the era, and that’s no small thing, so consequently, it becomes a trend... The cover is always an integral part of the album; it’s a singular work as a whole, a unique project. It’s a musical painting.

This album is, for me, a single block; the division into tracks only serves to break it up if I can't finish listening to it in one go, like a bookmark. I therefore consider all the tracks present in VU&N to be a masterpiece as they are an integral part of a single project, a piece of a mosaic that needs to be viewed as a whole. If you throw away the pieces that depict the harsh earth simply because you like that little bit with the flowers, you don’t complete the picture... Your opinion likely strays unconsciously into personal taste... depriving it of that touch of objectivity...

It may also be that something has been surpassed, I can’t disagree with you, but don’t you think that the value of intuition is still superior to continuation? I mean, if today Pinco Pallo comes out and refines what was Picasso’s art, aren’t we still shouting about the masterpiece of the original?

So I'm not talking about your denial of the value of the record but about the connotation of masterpiece. Am I clearer now?

I'm sorry <<<More critical spirit and less masterpiece mentality wouldn't hurt. For example: do you consider Run run run, there she goes, i'll be your mirror, femme fatale, and even Sunday morning as masterpieces? In my opinion, they are just good tracks>>>. You wrote it, not me...

I must, however, agree with Josi_ regarding the opinion on your tastes...

Basically, your explanation, like your definition of a masterpiece, says everything and nothing, although I tend to lean more towards the nothing since in 5 lines you don't explain why this shouldn't be considered as such.

Mandragola, what is your definition of masterpiece, but also of intuition, genius, pioneer, forerunner, and innovation?

Aside from the fact that your definition of male doesn't boil down to the simple and rather low concept of standing to pee. This is a whole other story...
