But let's forget it, here you can't talk about music, give it up. Find me just one person with whom I can have a serious conversation, who has at least some basic knowledge to be able to play the guru. Come on, festival of nonsense... What is it, now I'm even a suicide?

I vote for Killgod's comments, always sharp and incisive.

But are the Doors Seminal/Derivative or Seed-like/Derived?

Don't listen to Zaione, he doesn't know what he's talking about; the prices are much more reasonable. @Caz: tell him in PVT, the swear words bother me...

You say Zion? I thought it was one of those summer albums that's "one year and gone" that leaves nothing behind. Do you think I should buy it or is it not seminal at all? Ah, I see, maybe it's derivative.

But "misterNO" isn't the seasoned pilot of a Piper, part drinker and part dreamer, from the successful Bonelli series?

@Know-it-all: I don't know if your comment had a more or less explicit reference to me, but know that I'm not one of those "just Doors" fans, even though my nickname might suggest otherwise. To save you a tedious re-reading of all the previous comments (even though an intervention like yours would require it, otherwise you're shooting in the dark), let me make this clear: I'm an "old" die-hard fan of the Doors (back in middle school to the early years of high school), so it's not about idolization, just emotional value for what was the first band that fascinated me. And I’m talking about the band, not just Morrison. Contributions like those from Zarathustra, whom I also greatly appreciate as a reviewer, add so much to this polemical-constructive conversation: we are facing a band that is outside the box, four totally different "musical" personalities (not fluff). What emerges is a unique sound that, for better or worse (and whether one likes it or not), has influenced later styles. And that "is" an objective fact. Morrison’s theatricality on stage also had "cultured" foundations, not mere exhibitionism driven by being trendy or beat. If you're interested, we can discuss this...
