As I already mentioned in the reviews of Absolution, I need to reconsider my judgment. I found Absolution among the vast number of albums I no longer listen to and put it in the stereo: I remembered an album that was at times badass, but clearly, I was dead wrong. The musicians handle their instruments a bit better compared to the various clones, but the whole thing is so bland and predictably commercial that it makes my skin crawl... They could have done better, no doubt about it. At this point, I don't think I'd listen to this again.

I found it in that immense pile of records stored in the box in my room and I listened to it again: well, I remembered it as a somewhat badass album, but I was wrong. They can indeed handle their instruments a bit better than the average clones and the like, but they are so bland and predictably commercial that it makes your skin crawl... what a shame, they could have done much more with a little more effort...
