Francesco De Gregori Il Bandito E Il Campione
Voto:
This disc was given as a free gift with TV sorrisi e canzoni recently and contains tracks from two different concerts (1992/1993), the Bandito and the Campione studio, two live covers (Vita Spericolata by Rossi and Sfiorisci bel fiore by Jannacci), and something else. Never put in the player, maybe only once, but it's the right occasion to dust it off.

No, otherwise nobody would be looking for it. But it’s a big bird, certainly not a King but very, very big. A big jerk, in short.

Shine, it seems you're a bit silly if you respond like that, and I'm really sorry to say it: I was being purely and unapologetically ironic. The information you shared in the previous posts is common knowledge; even my grandmother knows it. And then, read fewer music books because it will do you good; I've read so many in my life, and they are nothing but the author's opinions, who might be a complete fool like Scaruffi. What do you do, if he writes that The Division Bell is the best album, do you believe him? I have A Saucerful Of Secrets, like the rest of the discography, in original format, so I’ll just brew beer from that link.

Spheres lit by high speed or by the inner cosmos? No, because conceptually the two are different, especially if you don't have good armor—the cosmos is indeed useful. Sure, the Most High breaks a bit, but what can you do? He knows how to give plenty of satisfaction.

You too have to deal with the punk birds every single evening. So the argument makes sense, especially considering you squawk like a quail. The disappointment in your father eventually comes; it’s like discovering that Romano’s face isn’t that of a nice guy but of a fool, or that Santa Claus doesn’t use a sleigh but an off-road vehicle. <<<Did you know that from '69 to '73 Gilmour was almost always the lead vocalist of the band?>>> No way, really? <<<That he played many of the bass parts in the studio (like on "Hey You" and "Pigs (three different ones)")?>>> Seriously? <<<That the arrangements are largely Gilmour's and Wright's work?>>> No way! <<<That A Saucerful of Secrets is solely the work of Waters? At least read the credits.>>> Are you kidding? Where do you find these things that no one knows? Where do you study them? Are they secrets, skeletons in the closet?

The barbecue is a good deal, Qzé; the best meat from Corato can be found at that butcher shop: amazing andrino, strips, and sausage. Do you also book for weddings?

Shine, I want to make it clear that I respect your point of view, just like Tom's or anyone else's who thinks in a hundred different ways, but that doesn't mean I'm obliged to express my opinion once again. The reviews of Floyd are all there, on the right. In short, maybe to save you some time: Syd Barrett was the only true genius of the group: innovation, intuition. The Piper is a great album, uncompromising. Interstellar Overdrive is centuries ahead, still relevant today. ASOS closely follows the lines of the first album, with a completely lost Waters, still fearful in composition, yet he brings out masterpieces like Set The Controls... or the title track. Two exceptional albums, cornerstones of psychedelia. The following period sees renewed but still solid Floyd: Ummagumma (partly, of course), Atom, and Meddle. The live at Pompeii marks the end of the first era. Then we have the trilogy of money: Dark Side, Wish, and Animals, pure sell-out, decent albums but very appealing. Simple melodies, chart-topping masterpieces, a reanimation of corpses. With The Wall, they climb back up, at least it has some damn meaning. The Final Cut doesn't have the great solos of Gilmour that the audience loves, but it's a ballsy album with excellent lyrics and music, way better than Wish. Floyd relegated to a corner solely for execution. Post-Waters is just crap, low-quality songs without inspiration, a collage of everything that has been and has sold. The same goes for the live shows. I’ve been brief otherwise I could go on for hours. Everyone has their own opinion.
