Symphony X The Divine Wings Of Tragedy

And who would play so much better than Petrucci and Romeo? Maybe even you (actually, definitely), marco 85, you're really ignorant to say such nonsense. (Try listening to "An evening with John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess"). And then, who would be more varied than Petrucci and Romeo??? Hmph...

Nirvana Nevermind
Voto:
Actually, rereading Sanjuro's comments and perhaps criticizing the album and the artists in question more subjectively than objectively, whom I harshly hate (as Jim Morrison says, they don't move me and they don't even have technique), I radically change the ratings.
Nirvana Nevermind
Voto:
Well... I can't stand Nirvana, even though I have to admit that Nevermind is definitely important but just as definitely overrated. I also don’t understand what you mean when you say that 95% of metal bands lack compositional intelligence.
Artension New Discovery
Voto:
Well, I really like "Phoenix Rising" by Artension. Anyway, they are technically brilliant (the keyboardist whose name escapes me is one of the best in the world and has also worked with Fareri, just for the record). Very valid review.
Rhapsody Rain Of A Thousand Flames
Voto:
well... in my opinion, it's a more than sufficient album. I should mention that I am a fan of mighty Rhapsody, but objectively it features some truly excellent tracks. The title track, "Wizard's Last Rimes," and "Elnor's Magic Valley" (even if the latter is more of a standalone piece). It certainly doesn't reach the levels of its predecessors and successors, which I consider all masterpieces, but it remains an honest and excellent work in certain aspects (the technique and production are always impeccable).
