To me (who am not a big fan of rap), this album wasn’t too bad... even though I have no knowledge of what the kid did "before" the Major label shift. Of course, I’m outside the typical rap scene debates about IN & OUT (if you sign with a Major, you’re a sellout and vice versa), but all in all, I believe that "now and then" a HEALTHY sellout-to-the-system is necessary to draw attention to the World of Rap, otherwise destined to the ghetto where it wallows in self-pity. Just an old-timer's opinion, eh?! Take it with a grain of salt. This is a non-review, if not just a critical vent: unclassifiable...

Well...the album is nice but not among the duo's best. I was very attached to the earlier ones, more acoustic and delicate rather than their dance phase. Low-key and down-tempo review (...posthumous downer from a few drinks - to use euphemisms). Bye :-))))
