...and I instead argue that if they had added some elements of novelty to TEX (little by little), it would now be a CURRENT and CONTEMPORARY comic. It's the same argument you make about share applied to TV programs: "if people want something specific, you give it to them." But like this, you do NOT grow culturally and dig your own grave!
