It’s quite established that women, after a certain age (let’s say 40, okay...), all (or almost all) turn into naggers, little professors, or frustrated beings. In my circle, I know at least a dozen. That women aged 30 to 40 become fixated on “marriage and/or children” is another constant fact. Shall we admit that working with four women in a single office becomes practically impossible? Do we really want to pile on or should we take these three little philosophical tidbits at face value? Don’t worry, you’ll get to 20%... and without even too much effort. :-)
