However, I was expecting a comment from Eneathedevil who loves Battiato... what a disappointment :-(

If it sounds bad to you, you have 3 other options Ashanti: 1) Davide Bossari 2) Daniele Bonsai 3) Daniele Battiato... :-)

Terrible. Dry. Ruthless. I read it 3 years ago and I still remember every passage perfectly...

...it's interesting how I ONLY find this on Debaser: among the comments, only 10% refers to the content of the review or the reviewed item. The remaining 90% instead talks about the reviewer (I’m speaking for myself, of course)... if this isn't a "distorted anomaly," what should we call it?!

The other option I would have is to disappear forever and regain my virginity elsewhere :-)

More twisted than sinister... the sinister ones are "bad inside," darling.

Kosmo: who is the blog titled after? let's hear...

GIOLA: I "drop" the mask in other contexts. Here on Debaser, it would be perfectly useless. I’ve written many reviews in the past (even nice ones) under different nicknames, but people always traced them back to "Punisher." So much so that when they banned the other nicknames, the editors themselves kept "The Punisher" and not the others... If I had sought "consensus," I would have adopted a DIFFERENT approach, wouldn’t you agree? If I had wanted "affection" and "sympathy," I would have acted differently... anyway, thank you for your interest. You are one of the few people here who, in 4 years, has talked to me in such a straightforward and direct way, and as you can see, I answered you in the same manner. Without games or easy ironies...

See GIOLA, I haven't read anything by Thurman, alas. In compensation, I have read Gurdjieff, Fritjof Capra, M. Pirsig, Osho, and some Eastern classics like Paramahansa Yogananda, and I'm very familiar with the piece "The Shadow of Light." I don't believe I'm much more superficial than many debaserian users who frequent this site. My superficiality is indeed strongly intentional. The idea of socializing or befriending someone who at 40 calls himself "Punisher" like a comic......... would disgust me as well.
"Here" I love to wear a mask and act the fool, I agree on that. Elsewhere (on blogs or via MSN), I enjoy discussing other things and, perhaps, in a more serious, articulated, and less exhibitionistic manner... bye!
