A heartfelt thank you to everyone. @senmayan & @bartleboom: if you read closely, I said that the thrash influences come from At the Gates and not from In Flames. As for the death style labeled as such only because of the growl, I agree with you, but not on this album, rather on the subsequent ones. @Tepes: I always prefer Slaughter (and why do I even need to say that... :)), anyway given your background as a reviewer, I'm sure you would have done an excellent job.

Damn, you made me remember Vinnie Paul, one of the best in my opinion, even though, as you’ve already mentioned, we are outside the original context of this conversation and the thrash pioneering bands of the '80s.

A very fitting example is that of the Sanjuro operating systems; truly, you've perfectly conveyed the idea. Unfortunately, there is a sort of commercial "dictatorship" that prevents one from making their own choices, a bit in all sectors, and the most used channel to exploit this is ignorance on the subject—not understood as culture, but as an obscuring of reality caused by the multiple modern media channels, all operating on the same frequency.

Sorry to interrupt, but since I’ve also been a thrasher, I wanted to chat a bit with you. Like Lethe, I think Anthrax has missed a beat; I don't know why, but maybe it's just a matter of taste. Drummers in metal are important, but you certainly can't live on drums alone—let’s not forget about the guitars :) - anyway, speaking of thrash drummers, what do you think of Igor Cavalera (after Schizophrenia... of course)?

Thank you all, guys, you’re too kind. @Ocram: it’s true, the shift in gears can also be felt here; this album is different from its predecessors in some aspects, and you can tell that the band is searching for its identity. @Francescobus: given your previous reviews, I believe you have all the skills to review "terrible certainty" excellently. I was undecided whether to give the album 4 or 5 stars, but then I rounded up, let’s say 4.5 - average.
