Hello Galakordi! Did you happen to miss my review of Whitehouse? I haven't seen your comments, and I feel offended! :-)

I know them by name, they must be dreadful like all those of their kind.

Never been able to suffer, as songwriting they are no better than Max Pezzali.

Well, these have never appealed to me, overly showy choruses.

Personal opinion: The Rector was never a knockout but she certainly had charm. Now, after numerous surgeries, she is unrecognizable (and certainly not stunningly beautiful).

An album with an international flair that offers an unusually refined sound for an Italian pop production. In "Il Garage," I can even hear echoes of Depeche Mode. Rece, if I’m not mistaken, is a bit of a copycat of Ondarock.

A note of merit also for the cover inspired by a work of Fortunato Depero, one of my favorite painters.

I finally have it. A great album that intelligently combines the dark soul of Joy Division with the new electronic trend. Sumner is not Curtis, but he still delivers a solid performance. "Dreams Never End" and "Doubts Even Here" are the masterpieces. It's a pity that the subsequent "evolution" of New Order led them to record that abomination "Power, Corruption & Lies": it’s fine to change, it’s fine to make a turn, but the sappy electronics of that album are truly nauseating.

"finishing the concert and even giving three encores" yes, three tracks. I remember too that the concert lasted just over two hours (by the way, they didn't even perform some tracks from WMS like "The 13th" or "Mint Car") but given Roberto's condition, I was happy with that. Many artists don’t even reach two hours sober. I still keep the ticket, yes 36,000 lire... of course, when I think about the prices concerts are at today :-( The concert/downpour was in San Donà? Maybe I'm remembering wrong, I'll ask my friend as soon as I see him.
