Hey Zion, we need to come to terms with the concept of psychedelia because, picking up on your words "guitars, waves, and beats full of handclaps," it immediately makes me think of humans gathered in a circle dreaming and getting high. peace & love, or not?

I welcome the clarification from Renzo Pin, and I would like to add that here on Debaser, the MEDIUM, that is to say, transmitting reviews even before their content is the message. This is especially true for unknown artists, where one tends to evaluate the words first and then see if they pique their interest in the music. A perfectly achieved effect in this case, so the compliments were for that. Now I'm listening to the excerpts, and I really think it will be worth buying the CD. The only doubt about what you wrote is the parallel with BIOSPHERE. If you've listened to the latest, magnificent "Dropsonde," you'll agree that it’s not about relational deserts but celestial orbits. And the good Ascanio Borga might just reach those altitudes.

True Giubbo, but I wasn't referring to this album being comparable to Brokeback Mountain, rather the latest The Campfire Headphase. An album perhaps dismissed too quickly. It’s worth a listen because, in my opinion, we're on that level.

Sorry, but my invitation was meant to be lighthearted. Maybe it didn't come across, and I regret that... but what a reaction! It’s just that, if we want to have a dialogue, man, I’d prefer to do it with someone who maintains the same consistent nickname between comments and reviews (I think it’s a form of respect for all the residents). Not one time this and another time that. It’s the second time this happened with you, and I wanted to point it out, but I see it’s a sensitive topic ;)

Well, even listening to this Campfire again, it doesn’t sound bad at all; in fact, it seems beautiful to me. If we separate it from the judgment of the previous ones, it really comes out well. Okay, less psychedelia, but in return, the guitar evokes western-pastoral landscapes for me. You know, I can see it fitting well as the soundtrack for Brokeback Mountain. Peace and love (of any kind as long as it’s real).

Well Enea, debtor of Incunabula sounds inappropriate. Let's say a few shards of that and the ambient Aphex but I would stop there. The BoC have built a very specific identity. Of course, nothing is created and everything is transformed, but in this case it’s a remarkable transformation. Then I wouldn't underestimate this latest Campfire; let me listen to it again thoroughly.

Yes, I also find it hard to pair Geodaddi with that film. It's not so much about disturbing sounds but rather "germinating" ones, that is, generators of lysergic-floral landscapes. For those who appreciate it, I recommend a remarkable evolution of these sounds, still from Scottish soil. The name: The Village Orchestra. The album: Et in Arcadia Ego.

If Mr. Nobody says so... Rather, Francesco, follow the advice on managing a dual identity because we are already in a world of multiple and denied identities. If you add yourself to the mix by splitting too, it creates such a mess that it takes away the desire. ;)

Spectacular review. However, it leaves a bitter taste. If someone wants to hear it/buy it, what should they do? If I understand correctly, they are CD-Rs of local production. If it's an encouragement towards Ascanio, then I'm all for it. In fact, let's invite him here to discuss... ps: perhaps this sound would be perfect for Herzog's new film, which seems remarkable in the Unknown Deep Space.

I was unaware of this album's existence. It seems to me, by instinct, that it's one of those that people either love or reject. Perhaps one must forget about the artist before listening to it.
