I agree with Bonny: I believe it would be a waste of time.. Korn and Poletti are truly inhumane cases.. no judge would be willing to change their ranking position..

..and festwca is right too!:DD! He had already reviewed this record a couple of weeks ago, under the guise of the farewell compilation of Spirit Caravan "Last Embrace".. get it now!!@lethe:..thanks for the compliments.. but also for the criticisms!

I think the real problem is that I like this record too much... and I've ended up overdoing it!!:DD! Let's say the main musical reference is the early Black Sabbath (who wrote "Electric Funeral"... hence "the march of the electric funeral"..:DD!), but more stoned (the bonfire of marijuana) and just a little bit desert-like, without losing (in fact, perhaps enhancing) the heaviness of the riffs (the story of the rocky core etc. etc.). I also recommend checking out the literary cases (http://www.debaser.it/casiletterari.asp)... I think if I keep this up, I might end up in the next one too!!

Hello everyone!!..and thank you so much for visiting this page! I would say that Lethe and manliuzzo are right about almost everything. My only defenses concern: 1) the issue of ending up among the choices: I swear I never cared a fungia. Also because I never thought it changed much.. especially since the choices are on a separate page (which I personally never check!!:DD!). 2) I don't think all my recent works are the same: the one before this (Blitzkrieg) was an absolutely normal review, like the vast majority of those I’ve submitted. Lately, I've changed my listening genre; I think that’s clear, and I’m trying to find a way to describe the feelings this type of music gives me: if I can't do it or if I come across as overly tacky.. well.. then it means I’m not a good reviewer of this type of music, and so I welcome the criticism and bad ratings. To maliuzzo, I say: even if you didn't like the review, get this album because it's beautiful!! Bye and thanks again!!

@autopilot: you perfectly nailed what, in my opinion, has always represented the true added value of Vetterli: the touch. The sound is incredibly clean, and all that messing around with the volumes in the rhythm-to-solo transitions is quite a mess... especially since he really rocked on stage!! With Pestilence, you’re hitting the nail on the head... they were practically my favorite metal band for years!!! :)!

As I said, I don't remember where anymore: Tommy (Coroner) and Piggy (Voivod) in the hyperuranium of metal guitarists. @kosmo: am I wrong or do you know them personally?!.. if you happen to talk to Tommy, please thank him on my behalf for honoring the world with "Paralysed/Mesmerize".. probably the two most beautiful solos ever written for a metal song..

Excellent.. too bad you always end up relegated to literary cases.. and "Ambient" as a de-genre had me laughing my ass off..

I had to ask for a two-hour leave to read it all.. Interesting album, but certainly not the best. Tommy among the top five metal (and not just?!?) guitarists of all time.. Coroner are genius.

Flashback and Another World are beautiful and absolutely insane.. but sometimes really chaotic: at certain points it was hard to know what the hell to do.. Lucas's Monkey Island saga reigns supreme, but Sam and Max was also a blast!
