@Captain: hey! look, IN MY OPINION the speech the bosses make is very "general" and didn’t want to concern one or more specific "types of crime". IN MY OPINION the editorial is mostly an invitation to use your brain before posting a review that will end up on the homepage of a site and will be read by pretty much anyone who happens to stop by. This concept doesn’t seem to be clear to everyone. Hence the dozens of reviews sent in by a single user, reviews written poorly without even a vague attempt at proofreading or in total disregard of punctuation rules, long-winded comments that add nothing and only serve to distract the site's attention from proposals that actually deserve it, etc., etc.. The "cleanliness" of the site must start with us users! It's too easy to expect the editors to "filter" the reviews that are posted: then someone would accuse them of "fascism" because the reviews aren't published! Why offload the task of keeping a site clean from the rubbish they don’t write onto them?!? As I've already said, it’s their site, but we build it with our comments and our reviews. It’s a bulletin board: if the posts are crap, it’s not the fault of those maintaining the frame, right?!? Maybe I'm wrong and they meant something else... I don’t know. P.S.: I think I haven't wished you a happy new year yet... I'm fixing that now! Bye!

It's worth mentioning that, in theory, the reviews currently on the homepage were posted before the editors published the editorial reprimand. With this, I don't mean to delude myself that things will change (supersoul witnessed my exchange of comments with another user who clearly didn't understand a damn thing about the whole gnome discussion), but I believe that to verify whether the editorial had any effect on the debaserian populace, we will need to wait some time. That said, I think the current homepage dispels any doubts about the legitimacy of the editors' complaints. Ciao a todos!

@g-g: if you go check your reviews, you’ll find some of my comments. I don’t exactly remember the ratings, but I believe that in most cases they were positive. In short, I appreciate your presence on these pages, if nothing else because you talk about a genre that’s not very “treaded.” I noticed your long absence and I was happy about your recent return. I assure you that my previous post was not aimed at you in any way (at least not directly), especially considering your “latitanza.” As for the rest: everyone does what they want (and eats the burps of experience-cit-), especially in a “no man's land” like the web can be. However, I believe that everyone should also occasionally stop to reflect on what the consequences of their actions might be. Even in a “no man's land” like the web. That’s all. Bye!

Battlegods, with your comment, you've shown that you haven't understood the meaning of my "venting" at all. If it's a joke, then I'll take it and retreat to the corner of annoying people. Otherwise, I confess I'm quite baffled... (how nice it is to have a new review from "someone" every day, clearly always of the same kind, to read with my coffee!:DDD!!!). Look, let's drop it, it doesn't matter, it's fine. I certainly won't stop you from sending all the reviews you want. Bye. @super: do you mind if I cry on your shoulder for a few minutes?!:DD!

I’m sorry for intervening. It’s not my intention to attack or condemn directly g-g or Emanuele or Battlegods or anyone else who has posted numerous reviews in a short time over the past few weeks.. but I wonder: what the hell does it take to understand that sending 2 reviews a day means abusing the service offered by the site?!? What does it take to realize that 3, 4, 5 (and even more in some cases..) reviews only from "this guy" on the homepage diminish the variety of styles and proposals (as well as, in most cases, the quality?!?) What does it take to understand that it’s better for everyone if everyone has the same space available on the homepage?!? What does it take to understand that a homepage with an HC review from gg, a jazz from Contemplazione, a metal from Emanuele, some '70s gem from supersoul, the cool stoner stuff from Antmo and so on would be much better?!? What does it take to understand that, in this way, the site would fulfill its purpose better?!.. everyone is ready to complain, everyone wants to "command," to tell the editors how they should do their damn job and how the site should be managed, but then they fail to look beyond the fact that their own review gets published or not. Everyone thinks about their own "private" interest and no one takes into account the "public" interest of the site. I repeat, I’m not against any of you (in fact, I believe you know how much I appreciate you as reviewers), I just wanted to vent. Sorry, bye.

@Flinstone: there have never been any problems between us, in fact, I would say that our relationship on this site has always been good. However, forgive me, but I must align myself with those who have neither "understood," nor - especially - "approved" your "bold photograph." Simply put, since these matters did not concern me, I thought they should not influence and/or alter a relationship that, I repeat, I have always regarded as good. That said, I believe that this page has already showcased my involvement in a negative light far too much. I sincerely hope not to be dragged into this again. Thank you very much, goodbye.

Oh my goodness, Odra, what heaviness... You're making a tragedy over a one-and-a-half line comment, with a clearly joking tone (or at least that was the intention), which wasn’t even directed at you, and for which, in any case, I have already apologized... Oh my goodness! Look, I already play the "litigant" for a living: the last thing I want is to engage in sterile arguments on a site. I just want to clarify: 1) mine was an invitation to "NOT LET" this beautiful page become a dump. So it can be inferred that I didn’t consider it such, at least until the arrival of my careless comment. 2) I reiterate that the message was not directed at you and that it was not my intention to offend you, just as I did not want to offend the user Aura. If that was the case, I repeat, I apologize to you. 3) In any case: for all of yesterday afternoon, user Aura exchanged comments only with you. Was it just a playful exchange of banter? Fine. Did he want to test your patience and you played along? Fine. Did he provoke you and you simply responded? Fine. Regardless of the outcome of your comment exchange (trashification - improvement of the page), I believe any merits and/or demerits should be equally distributed between the two (only) interlocutors. Then, for heaven's sake, you are free to think as you wish. As for everything else, I agree when you say that my relationships with other users on the site are none of your business. Finally, I ask you this courtesy: if, for any reason, you feel the need to continue this discussion, I would kindly ask you to do so privately, so as to leave this beautiful page for other more interesting matters. Thank you very much, goodbye.
