Aerosmith Permanent Vacation

Unnecessarily long review... what's the point of making a general speech about the album (second paragraph) only to then drag on with an (exhausting) track by track?!? For the rest, I agree with the ever wiser Ole.

Nice film, very nice, that skillfully alternates drama and irony (what was it?!: "Hey, you! What the hell are you doing! That's my wife!"). However, I find it inferior to both Magnolia (which I adore) and Punch-Drunk Love (a little gem!). P.S.: Julianne Moore drives me crazy... between the sex scenes in this film and the sequence in America Today where she walks around with her hair blowing in the wind, I've certainly lost 2-3 diopters.
James MacTeigue V per Vendetta

I clearly arrive late, with very little desire to read the many comments of those who came before me. I apologize if I end up repeating someone else's comment. A film that disappointed me. Deeply. I loved the comic for the way it manages to present a non-original starting idea, for the richness of inspiration, and for the usual attention to detail that Moore puts into his works. The implications that emerged with the letter-number "V" made it a little gem. The film, as the reviewer says, spends two hours amidst explosions and a little (barely, to be honest) of figa. I was hoping for something a little more. Ciao!

"according to some", "really" wrong twice in a single sentence, the group's name repeated endlessly, no punctuation, a violation of the sequence. Let me guess: you'll do better next time?!?

<<"someone who listens to death, black, and thrash, like me, can't walk around with designer belts and pants that go up to the groin">>.. wow! I didn’t know that!:DDD! Tomorrow at the office I’m going with the killer and the combat boots, and for the next hearing, I'm pulling out the Illdisposed shirt! They’ll all be thrilled:DDD!
Manilla Road Crystal Logic

As I mentioned in my review of Open The Gates (prehistoric times!!:DD!): "another cover as ugly as that of 'Crystal Logic' and Manilla Road wouldn't have signed a record deal even for the Sugar!" The cool thing, dear Ole, is that for the subsequent albums the band relied on Eric Larnoy (certainly among the best cover artists around): the covers of Open The Gates (especially) and The Deluge are really beautiful! If you get a chance, take a look! Bye!

Pleasant film, which I'm told pales in comparison to the Lemony Snicket books.

I didn’t follow the discussion at all, I just stopped by to take a look and read the reviewer’s comment: “over the years, cinema has also become an industry.” I was reminded of a recent interview with Monicelli where the director stated that, in his opinion, cinema is the most “impure” (I don’t exactly remember the adjective) form of art, precisely because it is inextricably linked to the cinema INDUSTRY. In short: a musician just needs a guitar, a writer a PC, but if a “cinema artist” wants to create their work, they must necessarily contend with a true type of industry. Comment done!:DD! Sorry for the disturbance. Bye!
