Klimt 1918 Just In Case We'll Never Meet Again

I'm listening to it again right now: the melody of the intro of the title track is unbearable! It sounds like the TV theme of the European football championships!! :DD! Now that's an intro with some serious balls:

The review is nice and well written, but I partially disagree with you. I still don't really like this album, despite several listens. Sure, it has grown over time, but we are really far from what I still consider their masterpiece: Dopoguerra. You did well to point out the references to Editors (especially), Interpol (to a lesser extent), and the shoegaze that are even more pronounced in this album. And I would add some '80s pop melodies as well. The problem, in my opinion, is that at certain moments it feels really dull. I'm not just talking about a lack of aggression, but rather a lack of verve, of drive... almost tedious in its pursuit of a "romantic" melody at all costs. I would almost describe it as a kind of "medal-pop da baci perugina." Not by chance, in my opinion, the best tracks are precisely the more powerful ones. A separate note about the singer: I don't want to be a pain, but I think he should reconsider his English pronunciation. It may sound trivial, but he has a very marked Italian accent that, frankly, I don’t recall having heard before.

If they publish your review? And how should I know?? ...as they say in these cases: time will tell!

Let's clear up a couple of things, since I truly don't give a damn about being seen as the bad guy, but I absolutely won't accept that what I write gets weaponized—especially when it’s just two lines of clear content. 1) PERSONALLY (note the adverb), I don't believe a single word of what you've spewed on this page nor, least of all, in the private messages we've exchanged. FOR ME (USER Bartleboom), you are just an attention-seeking bullshitter who has disturbed delicate matters worthy of the deepest respect to grab the attention of other users. I only needed to read the stubbornness with which you, even in the face of evidence, denied having a fake account until the very last moment in the messages we exchanged. This, I reiterate, is my opinion, which, in any case, has nothing to do with the content of my previous comment. 2) Regardless of whether what you've written on this page is true or not, the meaning and content of my previous comment remain unequivocal and, above all, supported by facts: while here you were showing signs of distress over a recent loss and suggesting to other users your intention to commit suicide, in other reviews, under a different nickname, you were joking as if nothing was wrong, claiming to have just returned from vacation. I repeat: this is an indisputable fact, easily demonstrable simply by comparing the dates and times of the comments. This behavior, for me, is unacceptable for anyone who pretends to have even a hint of decency. Period. There's nothing to question, nothing to complain about or argue over. You're free to have as many fake accounts as you want, just like everyone else, of course. Just please, don't drag in losses and suicides. Then, to see users genuinely caring about your state of mind because you aren't responding, while you're out commenting on other reviews—excuse me, but that doesn't seem particularly fair to me. But that’s not my concern. Bye.
Francois Truffaut Vivement Dimanche! - Finalmente Domenica!

Damn, I almost forgot this. Let me fix it right away! The film: very entertaining, but definitely not among my favorites of Truffaut. Perhaps not even in the top 10, but only due to the incredibly high average quality of the French director's work. In my opinion, it has a few dull moments, and it doesn't always manage to be as ironic as it would like. From a certain point onward, I personally started to lose interest in the resolution of the case, just wanting to see when the two protagonists would kiss! In fact, it almost seems like the director, at some point, forgets about the first murder to focus solely on solving the second! :DD! In this regard, Ardant drives me crazy... with her long legs and a mouth that's a monument... the scene where she passes in front of the small window leading to the basement twice, in my opinion, has an incredibly erotic charge!!! :D! The review: aside from the fact that I'd give you a 5 just for avoiding, for once, your usual themes, I confess I disagree with you on two points. 1) Regarding lightness, I would say it’s one of the distinguishing features of a good part of Truffaut's filmography. Even the mentioned Effetto Notte has a very pronounced ironic component. I would reserve the label of divertissement for other films, perhaps even for Gli anni in tasca... 2) Also, I personally find the progressive demolition of bourgeois beliefs much more pronounced in other films, such as La mia droga si chiama Julie (that one is in my top five! I even wrote a review for it! :DD!), here, in the end, the various banter between boss and employee seems more like a pretext to better outline the character of Barbara (who, by the way, I don't think is very well realized). Given the wordy comment, I give it a 4 for excess.

I miss this! The review seems very objective and fluid: the plot seems to have inspired the entire series of various guys in cast iron kimonos and company! :DD! I will try to get it. Bye!

The group says something to me... I have some vague memories of an album of theirs that, I’m afraid, didn’t really impress me. The review is in your usual style: good, but weighed down by an unnecessary track by track. However, I’m glad you’re back after a long absence. So I round it up. Bye.

All 2354? Or just the ones in your reviews? Did you read them all to say that, or did you take a sample? In any case, I'm not a writer either: I didn't mean to humiliate or offend you. If that’s how it came across, I sincerely apologize. Bye bye.

"1" because you have no shame. Here you talk about death, about suffering, while with your other nickname you say "to have been on vacation" and comment on silly reviews as if nothing happened. I hope you will be ashamed one day of what you have done on this page.
