I confess I watched this movie after downloading it: good video quality, terrible audio. And, above all, in the last fifteen minutes, when the super guy comes out, the audio was the original in English. Moral of the story: I didn't fully understand the (almost) ending. Can someone explain to me (maybe also through a private message to avoid spoilers) who the super bad guy is?! As for the movie: if I'm not mistaken, the author is the one from The Beach. Well, I didn't really like the transition from "psychological thriller" to "action movie"…

The review is incredibly interesting, but frankly, you could have avoided certain "linguistic excesses" that were really unnecessary. Especially considering the vibe of "Osteria number 20" that has been present on these pages lately. What a pity.

But Pi-Arot, dear! Here are people who take advantage of the pages reserved for album analysis to wish fatal illnesses, to raise questions about the moral uprightness of their respective mothers, and to discuss the sexual habits of others. I don’t think a few comments on Lovecraft could do much harm to the site. In fact, as soon as I have a couple of minutes, I’ll come back here and ask you a couple of things... ;))

Maybe not your best, but still very valid. And an excellent proposal as always. 5 just for your "social utility"!:DD Send them in a rush: reviews like yours are needed to sweep away the rubbish from the Okulistica section. ;))

Mine, on the other hand, aims to be the intervention of the average person. I believe I’ve read pretty much everything published by Poe and Lovecraft. To all the mega fans of the latter: hasn’t reading the "Master" ever felt boring to you? Have you never found his writing at times convoluted and verbose? I’ve read enthusiastic reviews of "Le montagne della follia." Well, am I the only one who found that story/novel a bit heavy, beyond any judgment about the author's creativity and inventiveness? I ask, you know, I’m not saying I used your ancient idol's work to wipe my perineum...

It was a bit of a disappointment for me too: from what I had read, I expected something really cool, oblique, less square. Instead, that "underlying musicality" somewhat spoiled the fun for me. In short: I’m all about the Fest. But also sfascia isn't bad at all and I have enough love for everyone.

I believe I listened to Chapel about a thousand times when I was a kid! 4 for the sentimental value. The review is well-written, but I find the reference to Reign In Blood out of place. Regarding Lovecraft: to be honest, if I remember correctly, in THIS album the references to Lovecraft are only found in Lord Of all etc etc. The rest is the usual assortment of horror/satanic filth. But time passes inexorably, and I might be wrong...

@Fest: "The dude's more dude than most other dudes you will ever meet" is the most grinning phrase I've read all month! You saved me from a day that was destined to be a mess... may the devil bless you! :DD @Trell: So you missed the scene with the pubic wig: highly recommended!

The fact is that from the photo you can't tell what he then does with that bottle of beer. Basically: he takes it and starts using it as a slide up&down... up&down... faster and faster... up&down&up&down&up&down&up&down until... the foam comes out! And I'm not joking. XD!
