I am preparing to listen to this album with an internal purification process (avoiding impure thoughts about the office secretary and malevolent ones about my 95-year-old grandmother) and an external one (thanks to a thick layer of coarse sandpaper instead of a bidet towel). I would like to listen to it all in one session, not on the computer, but on the stereo, without any gland interruptions... See you in 2050.

"As soon as one reads a goliardic and irreverent sentence in a review, they immediately think it's something I came up with." Or that you "borrowed" it from someone... :)

I crouch behind Alì's comment: the genre is one of those that dry up my balls to the point that my scrotum resembles a raisin. However, I read the review with pleasure. Bye.

I haven’t read any reviews or comments; I just wonder: Santa Polenta, is it possible that this guy, at 45 years old, hasn’t yet changed his “iconography” (will we say it like that? Who knows!?). My goodness, it’s been twenty-five years that he’s been going on about skulls (20 years ago I had a fake Guns t-shirt you’d find for 5,000 at the market, with basically the same image as the cover) and he sports that tall top hat, where insects must be living by now, politically organized and even holding primary elections. Come on, really, he just needs to find a good hairdresser!

Also because Saturday morning is the only time I really read the reviews: all the other comments I leave during the week are randomly generated by an electronic processor, drawing from a collection of 25 catchphrases that I write on Sunday night after I’ve seen the results of the matches.

A little note from the little pirate: on the mule, there's a super cool file "Agartha + Pangea". Enjoy it.

Krisiun is truly an awesome name for a death metal band. To be honest, it feels more like new metal stuff, you know, the ones with the big voices and the dreads (dread metal?!), but it’s really badass. I had a couple of their albums, but I don’t remember any of them. Good job.

Good review, but I think I'll keep listening to Neil Young! :)

I didn't understand a thing either, but you made me want to read a King book after about 10 years. I guess you earned that 5! :)

For the first 10-12 years of my life, I was musically dominated by a sister six years older who was expert in following the worst trends of the moment: Nick Kamen, New Kids On The Block, Bros... the first names that come to mind. Of course, this guy also ended up in the mix. I remember him from the days of Dee Jay Television (very young and incredibly silly), I remember him on that afternoon show ("1, 2, 3 Casino!" could it be?!?), I remember him at Sanremo. In some ways, it was an experiment that perfected itself with the subsequent 883 (so much so that many of your observations can also be applied to Pezzali and Prezzemolo). A small parenthesis: Cecchetto, besides being (along with Maurizio Costanzo) the embodiment of the evil Italian music-television was extremely demanding with his subordinates. Even Jovanotti declared a few years ago that he still remembers those afternoons spent simulating hours of radio hosting before earning a real live broadcast as a nightmare. "Because it’s a legendary story and we’re all tough, we like to party and have a blast at all costs."
