It may also be a joke, but it really made me "imagine the 'drakkar' in its mythological tales being overwhelmed by the wind of dragons flapping their wings nearby." Now excuse me, but the alarm of the clockwork guitar is ringing.

For some strange adherence in my brain cortex infested by moss and lichens, I thought the reviewed film was that ultra-thrash gem from the '80s for fascists and pseudo-metalheads with the devil's record. Then it hit me that that one was called "Morte a 45 giri" or something like that. Of course, this one MUST be mine too.

I would say: when we receive the first earlobe, we wait for the second. When we receive the second earlobe, we wait for them to send us the third. Then we start to treat.

We hope that along with the ransom request, you'll send us a photo with the newspaper. That way we can review it.

Eyewitnesses spotted him near New Delhi, completely bald and dressed only in a white thong...

I connect to what Bender said and I say: some of Enbar's latest writings (especially the one about lunch on the skyscraper) I like a lot, but - in my opinion - they are not reviews. Of course, they provide a starting point to talk about works/artists/news etc., but they say nothing about the work itself. There is no historical/technical analysis; they talk about what is represented and not how. Take this one: it doesn’t even mention the year it was taken (or I missed that part, and in that case, I’ll go screw myself...). There’s no analysis of the technique used, nor the framing etc. It’s as if to review Caravaggio's The Calling of Saint Matthew we talked about taverns.

Brushing aside the content of the review and the work itself, I would like to take a moment to express my opinion on a relatively marginal aspect: I really dislike when reviews reference other users or other debaserian events. It seems to me that this way, the reviewing medium is being used instrumentally. It even seems to diminish the very work being reviewed: I review work "X" not to recommend it to those who don’t know it or to express my judgment, but to reply to or counter other users or to reiterate the claims made in a previous discussion. Moreover, those same references are destined to lose their meaning over time until they become completely incomprehensible to a reader who might stumble upon this page in the future. Is it nonsense?!? Of course! What the hell were you expecting!
